Thrive Market
Questions & Answers
Quite a while back I became interested in Thrive Market and subscribed to their emails. I have never ordered anything from them, yet got charged.

Call Thrive's customer service. They really are helpful. If they won't reverse the charge, contact your credit card company and dispute the transaction.

Their customer service used to be great, but not anymore! My last experience with them has been horrible and I’m still waiting on the promised call from a supervisor…over a week later! I’ve been a member since 2015 and have saved over $5,000.00 so you can only imagine how many thousands of dollars I’ve spent with them and on top of that I’ve introduced many friends to Thrive Market, only to be treated like this!

How could they charge you unless you entered in your payment information? The only time they ask for payment information is when one signs up for a Thrive Market membership (Thrive Market is an online discount shopping club.) and when one makes a purchase. Are you sure you ONLY signed up for emails? Or did you sign up for a club membership? In any case, the question / answer forum is the incorrect place for making such claims. There is NOTHING we can do about such things. Instead, I recommend contacting Thrive Market (They offer online chat support 24/7 at www.ThriveMarket.com.) and explain the situation to them. They have super awesome customer service. I am confident that they will investigate the matter and assist you with your concerns and confusion.

How did they get your credit card info to charge you if you never ordered anything? It is a subscription based service and you will get charged according to your chosen preferences when you subscribe. If you gave your credit card then, you technically did order something, you just didn't get what you paid for.
