I placed an order in May for personalized shirts for my sons walk and was given a delivery date of June 4,2026. The shirts NEVER CAME. I called them all day June 4, June 5, June 6 and the walk was the 7th. They not only ignored me but made ZERO attempt at all to rectify the situation. I desperately asked them for a supervisor/manager but they just kept saying nobody was available and they will call me back. I NEVER RECEIVED EVEN ONE CALL BACK OR ABOUT THE SITUATION, TO THIS DAY. I begged the worker to get me the shirts by overnight delivery but he just kept repeating that he will have someone call me, but that never happened. I called again Saturday afternoon as a last attempt and the woman so callously says, "you aren't getting the shirts but someone will call you back". SO I had all these guests and no shirts. I also received no word in any form from this company-IT IS INSANE!
I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE DEALT WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS! HORRENDOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES AND NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE OF DEALING WITH THEM.
