Terrible follow up from Select Blinds - if you have an issue - they take TOOOOOO Long to respond

I would not order again from Select Blinds due to the customer service
My experience with customer service:
Unsatisfactory - you have to address the same issues with multiple people. If a customer has an issue, one person needs to be the contact and not multiple people. Another issue is that the language is not clear and hard to understand.
