I searched on Trivago for a hotel in Jackson OH, at the end of the booking process I had a screenshot that confirmed a booking in Jackson OH. When I received the email confirmation from TravelUp the booking was in Perryton TX - half the country away. I attempted to reach TravelUp via email, phone and on their website without any response.

Why I chose this business:
I chose Trivago, not TravelUp and cannot see how they stay in business with this terrible experience.

I require my money back.
