There is lack of structure around file upload processes and they have you submit files multiple times and the staff is rude and tries to pun the blame on the client whenever you try to follow up. Also over priced. Would not recommend this service to anyone. There is much better on the market.
I have used this 1099 electronic filing software at www.1099fire.com for years and it works great year after year. I like everything about this software. It easy to use, reasonably priced and technical support is available if I need it.
