I had a good experience. When I first put in my order, I ordered the wrong lenses and they contacted me right away so I could call them and get it fixed. The only reason it was not a 5 star was because they couldn't just update my Order they had to cancel it and then start a new order. But overall awesome.

Order had to be backordered so I had to wait about 2 weeks longer, and was leaving on a trip andneeded them seriously. Had to try to get some from a local vision store.

I had an easy time navigating your website. Found quickly what I wanted. I think it only two weeks to arrive.

Off topic, but I didn't know that the green eye color from Air Optics is only a tint barely noticeable on my dark eyes. If I knew it would not show up, I'll just get the bright green.

Anyway, I'll be buying more when I run out of these.

It took a short time from when I ordered my contacts to when I received them. They fit as prescribed and am overall satisfied with the product.

Finding my brand was easy but the price listed was one number but the total was insanely higher. I went back to check and yes, the listed price included the rebate, which I was aware of, but the listed price plus the rebate still didn't equal the total price. I looked all over and I could never figure out the difference. It's disappointing to see a great price listed and then be blindsided by a much higher total.

Good overall, but in the order preview it had one expected delivery and after I paid the expected delivery was a few days later. A bit awkward when you move addresses between those 2 dates.

It took some time to receive my order. Your ads said next day delivery and I thought the order would come quicker. Overall, very happy

Like all on line contact vendors the final price of the contacts was considerably more than advertised per box but still less than competitors (assuming I receive the promised rebate).

Used to pay soooo much for contacts at my local vision clinic, these are way cheaper and so much easier to get, don't know where I'd be without this website. Thank you guys <3

I can see well out if these lens but they continually fog up and I am cleaning them constantly. Do you have any suggestions for this?

Ordering is always quick and easy. I like that I get a reminder email and it's as easy and clicking re order to get my order right away.

Very easy to purchase my lenses. Pretty reasonable price compared to other sites. However, the processing fees are a little steep.

They made sure my prescription was up to date before processing my order. The only thing I don't like is the extra $100 in fees.

All was good. I love the rebate on my brand. But people should know it will take 3 to 4 months to get it. That's not very quick. The contacts experience is just as good as 1800contacts.

I had to place a last minute order, before my prescription expired, and 1-800-Contacts came through. The contacts I needed were in stock, and ordering them was an easy process. Would order from site again!

I called the customer service line to make my order for Contacts and got great service very helpful and insightful. I definitely will recommend to all my friends and family.

I mean I thought it was a little pricy but I was unaware how many lenses came in a box which was cool. It just took way too long to get them- almost 3.5 weeks
