The staff worked with my edits and delivered a custom drink coolie faster than they stated at order. We have bought promotional products over the years and they always deliver.

Faster than expected time, bit on the pricier side (rush delivery), but the quality is very good (beautiful true-to-color buttons).

It was super quick and the koozies look great. They were easy to work with especially when one of our colors was out of stock. As soon as it came back in stock it was worked on and send out!

I fill e out a ticket online, the package was ripped and a piece of the flag base is missing. Hoping they make good on it quickly.

Was able to order and arrived in about a week time.

This is my second time ordering these koozies. They are perfect, last for years and look like new. Easy to design and super affordable. We recently ordered them as a thank you for school volunteers. Big hit!

Was not happy with the quality of my order. Bags are different colors. Strings hanging off of all of them from somewhere. The print was not right. I contacted customer service. They told me to send an email about the issues. Still haven't heard back. I will probably be using someone else for my orders going forward.

I placed an order to my friend's house a few states away - customer service followed up with me to make sure the shipping address was correct since it was different than my billing info. I ordered a proof of my design and it came super quickly and production and shipping took less time than expected. Very smooth experience!

Came recommended. Ordered matchbooks so we could have them for an event Friday, May 8th. Paid a little extra to have them delivered Tuesday, May 5th. Did not get them until the 11th so now they're useless. I don't like dealing with customer support who live on the other side of the world and have nothing to do with production. Very frustrating experience for something so simple

I got these within 2 weeks and they look exactly as I designed them online! Pretty good quality too! Would order from them again and would recommend!

Order was easy, received product no problem. I got the basic table cover. It's a little lower quality cloth and color than I how'd for but it will do the job.

Once again I'm extremely pleased with 24hour wristbands. From ordering, proofing and shipping this company is excellent. This time I ordered t-shirts. Absolutely exactly what I wanted. Quality of the shirt as well as the logo was perfect!

My daughter is getting married and wanted her indoor cats incorporated in her outdoor wedding. We landed on magnetic buttons that could be worn on but not put holes in the wedding attire. The proof came quickly and I received a call to clarify my order. The shipping was done as indicated and order received timely. I'd highly recommend!

They turned out great... would have liked a sample before ordering a lot, but may just be my personal indecisiveness.
