My experience at the Alamo rental agency at the Philadelphia International Airport was one of the best I've ever had in years of car rental. The staff was very friendly, professional, and efficient.
Usually Alamo is very good. This time the car air conditioning was working. It was cool in the morning when i picked up the car but by the afternoon i need the air conditioner. I called Alamo and they found a place for me to exchange the car. I had to go out of my way 13 miles to Enterprise to exchange cars. The second car was better.

Impressive from check in to arrival for a great price. Check in agent was efficient, while greeter at car lot was helpful picking out a car with a large enough trunk space for our golf equipment. Car was brand new. Arrival process at DFW equally as impressive.

Arranging the rental through Costco travel was quite easy and efficient. The price for a five-day rental was quite reasonable. In-person transactions at pick-up and drop-off were friendly and handled quickly. I have used Alamo multiple times in the past and have always felt fairly and courteously treated from service to pricing.

No cars were available. Booked for next day and hired service to bring me from the hotel. Cars were available but smaller. The agent was kind and as helpful as possible. I would repeat as a customer.

It was exactly the experience that I hoped it would be. The pick up and drop off of the vehicle was simple. There were no extra steps other than presenting my credit card and drivers license to pick up the car to drop off, the process was also simple and I was able to get a printed receipt things like that make me want to rent from Alamo again.

Great Experience on May 27
I had a very positive car rental experience on Wednesday, May 27. The counter agent was outstanding, friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was quick and smooth, which made a big difference after traveling.
At the lot, the agent assisting with vehicles was just as helpful, clearly pointing out the car and making sure I was all set before leaving. Everything felt organized and customer-focused.
Returning the car was just as easy, fast, simple, and hassle-free.
Overall, this was one of the easiest rental experiences I've had. I would definitely rent from them again.

The car was much bigger than what I reserved and difficult to drive in Spain's smaller towns and narrow streets. The car also did not have a cargo cover to hide our luggage. The girl at the counter was very nice and managed to get one from another car but it didn't fit but it covered the luggage ok. We HATED the car... it was a KIA SUV and it had so many bells and, flashing dashboard lights, and dings and noises, we had no idea what was going on and had no clue how to turn off all the flashing lights and bells ringing. We thought there was an issue, emergency with the car so we would stop time and time again to check, but never found anything. Also when I tried calling Alamo in Spain I was unable to get anyone at the number given to me. All in all a terrible rental car experience. The staff were very nice, but the car stunk..

Alamo rented us a slick red Mini Cooper S convertible. We started in Corpus Crispy, went to San Antone to remember the Alamo, headed up to Blueberry Austin for some Salt Lick bbq then down to Brownsville to watch one of Elon's rockets blast off. Had an amazing view! Thx Alamo!
