Easy and quick delivery. These Blueridge units work great and easy to install! We have several that have been in our motel for over 3 years with no problems or complaints!
We bought two 24,000 BTU systems for the project that we are doing now. The first system is installed and working beautifully. The second system will be installed in the next week or so.
We will be purchasing our 4th system in the next couple of months,

Started install, but have been sidetracked with other home projects. Unpacked and installed one of two inside units. Packaging of the hardware i have installed was first class, with equipment in perfect condition.

My experience with Alpine home air products was positive from the initial contact, through the sell to the delivery. Everyone I dealt with was polite and helpful. The Delivery went without a hitch and Alpine provide detailed instructions on what to look for during the delivery. I have not completed the installation yet, have found that installation instructions are lacking some detail, but a call to customer has answered my questions quickly.

Everything went well. Needed help guiding the inside unit up about 7' high while guiding the pipes to the hole. Instructions were off on my unit.The connections to the outside unit were reversed compared to what actually was needed to connect. Worked well after installation. Very pleased with the product so far.

I finally got an AV tech to help me install the 2 WiFi modules and they don't fit. They are too small for the model receptors

Answer: They're legit. Like most minisplit vendors, their units are either rebadged Midea or rebadged Gree (depending on the product line). Customer service good, units work with no issues.
