1) found a very good sale price on an Asus laptop, 2) easy ordering experience, 3) free and amazingly fast shipping - the machine arrived the very next day, barely 24 hours after I'd placed the order. I'm using the Asus right now and am completely satisfied with it and my Antonline experience :)

Lost in Transit

Today, 13 May, FedEx customer sevice informed me that my package shipped on 28/29 April, arrived at FedEx location FEDEX SMARTPOST DALLAS, TX, on 5/1/26 at 12:00 PM. The FedEX customer service informed me that with no trace since then 5/1/26 the package is "lost in transit". I will be contacting ANTOnline support for further assistance.

Not happy

I received my item in a timely manner however that is where the pleasure ends. I had to return it due to faulty equipment. It was returned on the 16th and I still do not have my money returned to me yet. I have emailed them twice to see what the hold up is and have no response. I'm getting pretty upset. Almost 200 dollars of my money is not yet returned and no response from them. This is unacceptable. Customer service sucks. Will never order from them again.

Never received the product as I reached out to tell them Google Pay sent them the wrong shipping address. Multiple people at this terrible company unapologetically told me it was impossible to change the address or even intercept the package by picking it up directly from FedEx.

When my previous order had not shipped within 11 days and having heard nothing, I emailed the support team. They replied that it was delayed indefinitely and canceled the order without explaining why they hadn't reached out yet and without offering to find a similar item for me to purchase. Not great.

Order canceled due to card mishap

Horrible Customer Service
August 24, 2025

Someone obtained my tracking # from ANTOnline and redirected the delivery of my Switch2. ANTOnline ignored my DETAILED emails and would not submit a FEDEX help ticket to investigate my stolen/mis-delivered product. I had to go above and beyond to get a FEDEX investigator involved, who stated that ANTOnline should have submitted the lost item help ticket instead of me. I filed a police report and submitted it along with the numerous emails between myself and ANTOnline's customer service team back to ANTOnline and they finally refunded the cost of my stolen product. Do not do business with them.
