When I was booking a flight the sales agent was so aggressive getting my sales but after she sold me my ticket and I was reaching out to her needing her help to assist me in changing my flight date, she is not as aggressive helping me. Her 30 mins as promised to get back to me turned out more than a week and without any reply or email. I have been calling and sending her an email ( Shekinah) until i was frustrated decided to call customer service ( Guinevere) and he was very patient and gave me the best option in changing my flight date.
