I experienced severe delays and very poor communication from the casino during my withdrawal process. My funds were held with changing timeframes and shifting excuses. Thankfully, after escalating the issue and getting third-party intervention from AskGamblers, the casino finally took action and the matter was resolved. While I am glad to have eventually received my funds, the casino seriously needs to improve its payment processing speed and customer support transparency so players don't have to file public complaints just to get paid.
