This is the third time I've tried to reach somebody. My banner does not have the pockets that I requested. It only has Velcro on the vertical sides. I paid additionally to have four pockets.
Despite some hearing issues on my end, and some heavy accents on theirs - the staff showed a sincere commitment to working through the questions and proofing process. They never gave up and we got to a great final product.

When I explained to the representative that the banner wasn't what I thought it was going to be they said that I ordered the wrong banner I know what I chose on your website so evidence of your website is giving out the wrong descriptions

Everything came together perfectly. Really happy with this backdrop. It looks clean and professional in person and photos, and the curved design gives it a nice premium feel. Setup is super easy, and the fabric fits nicely over the frame without any hassle. Print quality is sharp and colours came out great. Overall, exactly what we were looking for for our event. I was very concerned about the clarity of the text in my banner design. To use my custom font I uploaded my completed design as a photo vs. designing online. BannerBuzz upscaled my design to perfection.

Flag is super lightweight and very flimsy. Ordered it to be all black with gold logo in the middle. When it arrived it came with a white edge around the whole flag. Looks horrible.
