I purchase a banner which I thought (because of the product photos and no disclaimer) included a frame. They sipped it without the frame then wanted an extra $400 for the frame - be very careful buying from these people

Our team ended up missing one chair cover at 2 major events due to this delay.

At the cart stage it said shipping free. At the checkout it said shipping $60. In the end it was free which I was grateful for. However when it came time to approve the artwork I found the online process very confusing and ended up emailing approval.

I wanted to reach out regarding my recent purchase/installation. Unfortunately, the quality did not hold up as expected. The letters that were attached to the wall fell off the very next day, and when they fell, several of them broke. This was really disappointing, especially considering the time and money spent on this project. It seems that the adhesive or method used to mount the letters wasn't strong enough to keep them securely in place, which resulted in damage and made the display unusable. Because of this, I believe a refund or partial reimbursement would be fair to cover the loss and inconvenience. Please let me know how we can resolve this matter. I'd really appreciate your help in finding a solution, whether that's a refund, replacement, or store credit.
