I bought a replacement battery for my Black & Decker drill. When received, the battery looked right but ti did not snap into the drill. I'm using duct tape to hold the battery in the drill.
My 9 month old battery died on my Motorcycle 30 miles from my house. I called Battery Mart and they said…. Pay attention because I was floored. They will give me $19 towards the purchase of another one and I need to send the bad one back on my dime. So if I want to complete the transaction, I'm to pay $99.00 and that's after the $19 credit after they get the bad one back. "I paid $99.00 for the 1st one"! So there really is NO warranty!
Everything was fine. Batter in and working. Not your fault, but the fedex delivery time estimate was way off. But I would shop Battery Mart again.
Received as expected and without damage. The place I go to get my batteries. This is the third time I have replaced the battery in my APC ups unit over ten years.

Got it in, hooked it up cycled the pack 4 times, at last check the pack was holding 1 amp for 1 hour 45 minutes to a 5 volt cutoff. I'm pretty happy with that!

We ordered multiple "Pocket Zoom Magnifiers" in red. Customer service called to tell us they couldn't complete our order in red, but had other colors. The associate was very polite and helpful.
