Very easy to use website and order process
I ordered a sign. Somebody actually put it in tissue and put it in a box with their black fingerprints all over the front of it. I called customer service after lots of back-and-forth. Lots of excuses they mailed me a new sign. The new sign also has black fingerprints on it. The ink doesn't come off.

I paid for priority to get it on a Tuesday to only continue to get updates and received it on Friday and when I did receive it on Friday, I didn't open it up until the date of my event only to find out that the tubing was empty

I had a hard time with my decal installation because it wasn't clear to me when I ordered that the decals won't adhere to textured walls. The Best of Signs support staff were great at consistent and clear correspondence regarding my order with the goal of keeping the customer happy as a priority. A lost art. Even though I had issues with my order I will use Best of Signs again because I think they really do care about customer satisfaction and insuring quality work.

Needed a banner for an event, thought I was buying one from a USA company based in Georgia, since that's what's on their website. I was WRONG. They are based in INDIA, they SHIP from INDIA even with priority shipping. So when I thought I could get this banner quickly to NY, priority would be perfect with an East Coast printer and shipping. Don't be fooled. Their customer service is in India, and only if you chose overnight shipping is when you get the banner from the United States. NO WHERE on their website says that. There is nothing mentioning they are based in India. I wish I googled local printers in my area and chose someone I can drive to. Support your small printer by you. I'm sure if you're in a pinch, they can get it done and don't make the mistake I did.
