Yet to receive payment after it was paid out for 5days now

I am so very livid.
My withdrawal was paid out on June 21st. Still yet to receive any money. It has been 5 days now. They claim to have issues with interac transfer but how come I am able to deposit and not receive my money after it was paid out
This is not my first withdrawal so I am confused.
Need the money urgently.
