I ordered the blinds according to my installer's instruction. It was 3 weeks before they could be installed. They are very pretty. They seem to be well made. I got the 2 1/2 inch faux wood in white. So far they are working beautifully.

Had a great experience. They were very helpful and patient. I ordered the shade and sample color swatch. They clarified they wanted to wait until we were satisfied with the color. Once we gave the ok on a color the shade was sent. That is appreciated and helpful. We received the shade quickly, boxed properly and undamaged. The shade was hung in literally 5 minutes. I bought blinds for our cabin which isn't accessible year round. I purchased the blinds and had so many extenuating circumstances on inspecting upon arrival, getting them to the contractor, time lapse inspecting them after installation and an odd abnormality in a couple of them. I did keep them informed of the extenuating circumstances. I contacted them through email with pictures and I received an email within a few hours from staff member, Fernando. Who handled the entire process of helping me and getting me taken care of quickly! They even replaced more blinds than I expected possibly because they were all in the same room and wanted consistency in color. In this day and age it's so refreshing finding such a reputable company that resonates impeccable quality, service, and professionalism! They all deserve a pat on the back!
