Easy to navigate. Only negative is that you can't see what seats are available.

The website was a little tricky. It kept changing the dates back to its original "guess,"
Each time I wanted to go back and add a show to my shopping cart, I had to start over and re-enter the dates. And the totals in the cart were confusing.
I found it very confusing... I DIDN'T realize we would not get tickets but have to go to a different location to pick up vouchers/tickets (whatever the proper terminology is) before each show. I have asked tickets be sent to us but got a call saying they could not be sent. We are only in town for a short time and don't want to waste time having to figure out where to pick up tickets plus finding the different theaters. We used to live in Missouri... and visited Branson often (it was much easier to navigate then)... haven't been back in awhile and it is not being made easy to visit.
