When I had to return a sink that was too large I had to do it at my own expense. In all it cost me $250. I probably should have put it on Facebook.

I'm Aubrey O'Ryan from Welkom in the Free State. On the 23/01/2023, It was my intention to buy bullet hinges 16x100mm x40 and 20x100mm x40 but they haven't got enough stock they gave me 16x100mm x9 and they will order the rest of them.The money was already been paid Sibanye mining reference no JKNZDKDV.When I want to collect the rest of the hinges on the 21/02/2023 I told them the invoice got lost,they said I must present it to received the hinges.They called the manager to intervene, but he was arrogant and rude he told me without the invoice he can't help me. I asked him the way forward because I haven't got the invoice his response was it is your problem.
I will appreciate it if you can assist me in this matter.

Fast and professional service. Purchased items late at night and were posted early the next morning with fast postage. I was surprised as all postage is delayed due to covid restrictions.

The customer service from Jim was really great, it's a shame that the Buildmat email system seems to have a problem with iinet addresses, as without this fault and needing to chase up confirmation of our order and further query, it would be a 5-star rating.
