Parts arrived quickly. Still have an issue with the mounting plate and door overhang. Probably didn't understand the terminology. Also one of the hinges does not close properly.

Overall, I was very pleased with the purchase. The last delivery occurred around May 18th - that completed the transaction, with correct quantities of everything I ordered having been received in good condition (at least, as far as I can tell so far). I was impressed with the efficiency of your sales/customer service teams - everyone I talked with knew their stuff, and provided the info I needed without hesitation. I'm not surprised that Wood Magazine refers to your company as a source for parts featured in their construction articles. I only wish that you had a West Coast branch, so that deliveries could be faster to those of us here in the west.
The cabinet doors I ordered are beautiful and arrived well packaged. After I placed my initial order, I realized I forgot to add two doors. I reached out to see if they could be added, and they were! Very easy.
Item was delivered ahead of time and in good condition considering it traveled across the US.

I received the order in the timeline expected. We were trying to match a existing design. We ordered one handle as a sample. It did not match closely enough, I appreciated the easy return instructions so that I could send the item back for another customer to use.

I needed a bracket to remount the slides on my cabinet drawer because it broke. I was told I needed to order a new set of brackets and slides. The brackets and slides I received would not work in my cabinet.
I wanted to exchange them for parts that would solve my problem and was informed that there were no exchanges. I could return the unused parts but by the time I paid for shipping the difference was less than $1.00 so I didn't bother.
It turns out that I didn't need the slides at all. I found the proper brackets from another source.
This could have been avoided if the initial sales agent had done a better job of diagnosing/understanding the issue. There also seems to be a disconnect between the sales desk and the customer service desk.
Fine workmanship. Easily assembled. Now I know where to buy. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
We had a hard time finding a pull out trash for our cabinet size but found one here and it's been working amazing!
