Loving our 2024 Alliance Paradigm 370FB we purchased in June 2025, however after waiting 15 weeks on our program refund from Campers inn RV Corporate for the canceled programs on the Georgetown class A we traded-in has soured my opinion on Campers inn RV. The short version of my plight is our canceled programs on our trade in was sent to campers inn RV Corporate from the vender rather than the purchaser (me), this was discovered in July by the hard working Campers inn RV folks where we purchased the Alliance Paradigm RV. 8 weeks has passed since we found out where the hold up was. Inquiries were made, emails sent in July while I was patiently waiting for answers, finally I thought at least the refund on said programs is at Campers inn RV corporate should be easy for this to be resolved, well a total of 15 weeks has now passed (8 weeks since the July 2025 findings of where the refunded programs moneys was sent). I am trying to be open minded about the entire process. Please note our trade in was purchased also from Campers inn RV (Tucker Georgia) as were the programs (warranty, maintenance etc). When we traded in or George Town we were told it could take up to 8 weeks to receive the program refund on the canceled items, well its now 15 weeks and our local Campers inn RV is still dealing with Campers inn RV corporate to try and resolve this, keep in mind these program refunds is on the thousands of dollars, which by the way was to be used to offset the cost of our 2024 new to us Alliance RV. I am at a loss of where and how to proceed in order to get my refund. I'm pretty sure If I owed Campers inn RV about 7K I would be incurring interest on the amount. Its very hard to remain positive with Campers inn RV when 15 weeks goes by and no updates on the release of my refunded funds stuck at corporate is provided. Campers inn RV Corporate has tarnished what was a wonderful experience at Campers inn of Raleigh NC. I was 100 % positive I would return to Campers inn RV after our purchase, but now 15 weeks of waiting on refunded funds that I needed to offset the cost of our purchase has me thinking I probably wont return and that is a shame since this should have been a very easy process of returning my hard earned money. You of course do the math and decide if you want to deal with an issue of this type. PLEASE FIX THIS Campers inn RV corporate as I'm not asking for anything free just my refunded money.
We purchased a used 2021 Forest River E Pro FD from this location. Our initial experience with the tour of the trailer was very positive and the employees their are very cordial. One thing you should be very aware of his a $1,195 charge on the price of your purchase. It is touted as a detailed cleaning, inside and out, and thorough inspection of the RV. Upon receipt of our trailer, we did not see any evidence nor provided any that a detailed cleaning and inspection was completed. All air vents and filters were still clogged with dust, the microwave had food in it. There were no minor repairs completed. As far as we could tell, it was simply washed on the outside for $1,195. When we questioned what was done, the GM told us all the things they don't do and simply ignored the question. Also, as we got a few minutes down the road with the trailer, we notice a wheel wobbling and pulled over to find the lug nuts were not even hand tightened. Last, be very careful and review in detail how additional packages (service, sealant, roadside, coating) factor into your financing or purchase. It was explained to us one way during the initial deal and then totally different when we purchased the trailer. Needless to say, a day that should be filled with excitement and anticipation was unfortunately disappointing and stressful for us. Best wishes to you all out there.
We bought a Sunset Trail from their Naperville Il. Store. While under warranty we had to take it back because the grey water support bracket broke and the pipe became dislodged. We thought it was fixed correctly until a year later(only used twice during that period)when it happened again. When I started examining the problem, I found they never connected the pipe to the grey water tank. Talked to the G. M. their and was told they couldn't help me without charging me for repairs.
Took our Freelander in for warranty work. RV sat there for MONTHS while Mike the Svc Mgr LIED to us how it would be ready "end of next week." They had never even touched it.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE
Rarely do I ever post a review, but, this just needed to be said, that I had the GREAT FORTUNE to with work with the amazing team of Bailey and Bailey at Campers Inn of Tucker. I have been to other RV places and just wasn't getting the service that I needed on my RV and it often took months to get work done. Randy Bailey - Service Director and Brandi Bailey- Delivery Coordinator were an AMAZING TEAM. The communication was great, the service was great, the team work and attention to detail far exceeded anything I had ever experienced before. I will forever remain a loyal customer to the Bailey and Bailey team. Not only do they know their stuff, their communication skills far exceeded anything expectations, and my RV is in the best shape it has ever been. I felt that I was a priority and will forever remain a customer of the Bailey team.
I purchased a one year old travel trailer from Campers Inn Jax 3 weeks ago and paid $995 for their "Peace of Mind Package" which is basically dealers prep. After arriving home the next day, I discovered that none of the tanks had been cleaned and flushed. The black water and grey water tanks were about 1/2 full from the previous owner. No telling how long the camper was sitting on the lot? I live several hours from this dealership and ended up cleaning, flushing, and sanitizing these tanks myself at home. Nasty job. I called the dealership numerous times and left messages for the Sales Manager and the Service Manager to call me. I also wrote them an email. Only the salesman has reached out to me and he said that he would have one of the managers call. Well NO ONE has bothered to try to resolve this issue. Very poor customer service!
We just purchased our coachman pursuit very nice motorhome Travis the sales manager treats you like you were family and a friend. Sam the service manager Make sure everything is done properly and quickly he is definitely involved with everything. Hudson is a service counter and service. Writer is exceptional Josh a service technician Gave us a complete walk-through, very knowledgeable and excellent explainer Zach the business manager is so efficient even had all the paperwork done ahead of time for us to come in and sign while they were servicing and prepping our new RV. I highly recommend them we purchased two RVs from other RV sales company they do not compare at all to the greatness of Camper Inn of Troy,Ohio
Bought this rv with cash delivered. It was delivered with multiple defects could not use it it spent the next six weeks in for these repairs. I have not as of this date been able to enjoy my investment. Reached out to Campers Inn Rv for some kind of resolve,ie refund, exchange, or keep this with a rebate and extended warranty. They would not offer none of the above. Reported this to the BBB. See their report. Buyer beware of this bunch.
Bait and switch; trailer did not have the equipment that was listed on the spec sheet with matching vin number unfortunately we had to travel 4 hours to pick up this was after waiting 4+ weeks due to defective black water tank. First night thermostat did not work asked to have replaced but was told it worked after purchasing on my self and installed it worked fine. They offered nothing to help us out. Conway Campers Inn not the place to spend your money
Before we got to the dealership we got a call from salesman to make sure we would be on time for our 10 am delivery. When we got there we were told It would be ready shortly. Later we found out that they had brought up the wrong unit. They were just starting to get our unit ready. While washing our unit the windshield stating leaking inside. They call their installer and had it repaired. On our first trip the windshield started making noise. It had been installed wrong. Contacting Campers Inn service I was told it would take two weeks or more to get a replacement. I got it done in two days. Campers Inn refuses to reimburse for replacement. Delivery took over 4 hours. The unit was used 2023 and I had requested to have the oil changed before delivery. The salesman agreed as it was standard before delivery. This was not done.
If I had it to do over again I would have refused to take this unit(my bad).
Would I buy from here again, never. If they start running you around on issues walk away because they are all about getting the units put off their lot and not being right with their customers
Don't ever do business here! To make a VERY long story short, the damaged my flooring on the day we took delivery. I was promised that they had ordered a piece of flooring, would cut out a large section and repair so that it was not noticeable. We took delivery and returned it within a couple of weeks. A few weeks later I was told that repairs were finished. When I inspected, not only was NOTHING done but there was new damage to the interior trim that was done at their facility. Now, 16 weeks after initial delivery, the work was supposedly complete. Most of it was but we have an eternal V shaped tear in the flooring that was simply glued together and still very evident. All I've ever asked of them was to honor their word and repair damage that they created….the right way! I spent $50k with them and have now now wasted 25% of my warranty period while waiting on repairs for damage they created. Their response to making it right (including the corporate office) "there's nothing we can do".
I shopped at Campers Inn RV of Conway, SC. They are SCAMMMMMMM ARTISTS. Run, don't walk, away from this place. I spent $******* cash with them on a pos that broke down as soon as it got to our home! Made by keystone, aka CRAP on wheels.first thing was theHeater coil in hot water heater came to us broken. Toilet ran all the time and overflowed. Roof leaked. Awning broke first day as well. Top it all off we got awful service. They LIED and said we'd get a year of free camping with our purchases. NEVER GOT. Even after asking them for it. We kept getting the run around. They also LIED about our camper not being under any type of warrenty. Contacted Keystone directly, (((AFTER i paid for the awning to get fixed...they never fixed anything else as we ended up sellin))) who told us it was covered. Lost half of what we paid for this. Even campers inn wanted to give us $6000 for it...WHAT?
Thought the place was great at first then o my no one would help! Called in left voicemail no response camper broke every time i took it out. Do not buy from them at all calked corporate and we care nothing got nowhere with anyone i had to pay other people to fix it because when they said they fixed it it still was broken or,water leaking still. There was a screw through the microwave they say we walk through it and make shure every thing is working and up and ready to go yea ok refrigerator was broke, screw to the microwave, AC froze up five times, three water leaks, suspension Broke, trim was wrong, ground wire was damaged, pass through storage locks was broken. It was the most horrible experience i have ever experienced in my life will never buy from them again you get no where.
We purchased an Airstream from campers inn about two weeks ago. We have not camped in this used airstream yet but my husband cleaned and walbernizing the unit found a pile of broken glass and a window not properly in the tracks. This window had clearly been broken and replaced by the previous owners and was left a mess with water leaking down to the floor. We also found out that they did not clean out the tanks. My husband had to clean out another persons fesces from the gray and black water tanks. The store is refusing to take care of this and the broken glass could have injured one of my children or dogs. Unacceptable behavior from a "family owned business".
Their customer service is awful. No response to emails or phone calls. No one is ever there to answer the phones. They don't appreciate any of their customers. Absolute garbage. They have had our trailer for over a month and nothing has been done after I approved the $5000 repair! After they found more damage, the unit was totaled and there was no attempt to make it right. They didn't even respond to any of my calls or emails. They can't retain any staff which also means a lot.
My salesman Brad Simcoe was awesome, he listened to what I wanted and found me a few options and we went from there, his is very knowledgeable and very helpful! After I got my camper home and I had questions he was there with the answers. The Tech department is also equally knowledgeable and super helpful as I had all kinds of questions on this MY FIRST camper. So a super big shout out to both Brad and Marty making this a wonderful experience. I highly recommend CampersInn and Brad Simcoe when looking for your camper!
I have had a horrible experience. I bought a new 2022 Coachmen Galleria from Campers Inn RV in March 2023. I came in to get service that's under warranty in Aug 2023. Reps from Coachmen told me that they will give authorization for service under warranty to Campers Inn RV the same day they receive the claim. However, Campers Inn RV told me it would take weeks or months to get approval. I found out the problem is clearly with Campers Inn RV. I dropped my rig off on Monday and the service rep from Campers Inn RV called me on Thursday to inform me she didn't take down my mileage and has not submitted the claim. My unit is leaking water from the A/C and the gray tank sensor isn't functioning. Coachmen still hasn't received a warranty claim from Campers Inn RV. I have no idea why it takes them so long to submit the claim. The warranty reps from Coachmen, actually Forest River, respond to my emails within a manner of minutes. Forest River service is impeccable. So there is no execute for Campers Inn RV to not have gotten approval for the work from Coachmen.
I would highly recommend her for all your quedtons and needs shes very friendly and explain things very well
THE WORST RV EXPERIENCE EVER! Alliance RV's claims they are "Obsessed with the best RV ownership experience" with a motto or "Do the right thing". What a joke. We bought a brand new 2022 Alliance Valor with the top of the line Solar System. The Alliance Factory wired the system backwards and burnt wires in the ceiling of the 5th wheel. We dealt with NOTHING working in our RV on a 10 day Road-trip. The amount of damage to the electric in the 5th wheel is unknown and ongoing as the voltage through the system was 35 volts in a 12 volt system though all the circuit boards. The refrigerator was fried. The garage bed was stuck down, the CO2 was fried and beeped for hours until it was replaced by a technician we had to have come to our camp site in a national park. The TV fell off the wall in the main living area, I could go on and on. There was clearly NO QA on this trailer and our trip was ruined to say the least. We contracted Alliance to get them to take the trailer back and exchange for one that wasnt ruined but their negligence. Alliances response was take it to your local dealer and have it fixed. They didn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience we experienced or acknowledge the issues that will continue..
I wish there were minus stars!
Horrible service dept. No call backs, states recalls were fixed go to pick up RV and repairs were not made. This went on for 10 weeks. Never again.
