Would give 0 star if I could. Hadn't used my Chase card in over a year. Paid card off before payment due date, closed account and cut the card up. One month later I received a statement showing a balance due for interest on purchases. Horrible bank, horrible customer service and total scammers. Luckily I don't bank with them and NEVER will and I will NEVER have another credit card with them. Beware of their practices.
