I don't recommend anyone to sign up for car shield. They be doing false advertisement. They are taking people money and not going to fix your vehicle.
I HAD MY CC HAVE FRAUD ON IT, AND I TOLD YOUR REPRESENTATIVE THAT I WOULD CALL BACK, BUT I GOT 5 CALLS 5 DAYS IN A ROW, ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND. WAS RIDICULOUS. AND DAMN NEAR HARASSING, AND EVEN AFTER I CANCELLED THE HOME WARRANTY BECAUSE OF THE CALLS AND ATTITUDE, THEY CALLED ME 2 DAYS IN A ROW TO TRY AND GET ME TO JOIN UP AGAIN.

My card was compromised on a Friday, bill due Sunday. I called and spoke with a very nice lady. She made a note in my file the my card was no longer usable, along with explaining that when I got my new card after work, I could update the information on the app. I chose not to do that. On Monday morning when I got a call from the automated system, my new card number was put on my account my bill was paid.

Car Shield purchased the parts for my AC in my Buick Encore, then they mailed my parts to Williams Auto and Tow.
Once Car Shield was notified about my problem, they communicated with Williams Auto and Tow Company. As a result, my AC was fixed in one day.

My car Shield experience has been great. They have never deny my claim service your vehicle make sure the shops have copies of all your services on their computer and car. She would not give you any problems with your claims. Follow the steps and do everything they tell you to do and you will be happy also with them.

Wasn't sure about a potential problem on my Ram truck being covered or not. I called and talked to a C S representative and got my question answered. Turns out it is covered. Have it scheduled at the dealership soon.

It was very easy to sign up. I reviewed online what was offered under the plan. My vehicle is over 14 years definitely out of warranty, I felt it was time for me to get coverage for the car. I try to take care of my car, but you never know at the age when and if a breakdown will happen.

While they accommodated my need financially, which was unexpected. But I was very pleased with it. I keep continuing to have phone calls regarding home owner policies or appliances offers of protection and it aggravates me that they keep calling me over this.And i've told them, stop calling me all I want.Is the car covered. And I continue to get calls. If I want further coverage, I will call the number that I have for car shield. Other than that everything's great

We had an issue with the backup camera on my Chrysler 300S. We took the car to our dealership, and with miinimal out-of-pocket expense, the repair was completed before I had the chance to miss my car. Car Shield was efficient and effective, which is best practices for car repair!

Was contacted my CarShield to in late April, early May requesting I call. Was told my contract had been returned by the post office. We confirmed my address and was told it would be resent. Today is May 23, and l still have not received it. I made a follow up call last week. Was told to give it until May 19.

I signed up about 3 1/2 months ago. Last week I went out to my truck and the Steering Wheel was 45 degrees off center and a dash warning light came on saying Addaptive Steering needs Service. I took it to my mechanic and also noticed my left turn signal wouldn't cancel.
Called you all and opened a claim. They Diagnosed that the Integrated Module had failed. They submitted the Estimate and you all scheduled an Inspection. He reported his findings and you declined my claim for the following reasons.
#1 Oversize tires.? They are within the Industry Standards of +3, actually they are "2.62". 31.46 OE vs 34.08 Current
#2 Truck is lifted not disclosed? I specifically told agent that it had a "2" leveling kit on front. Your Inspector said rear had "3" lift blocks. It does not. Rear is OE Spring setup. Check the VIN. It has the Heavy Duty Tow Package.
#3 Stated there was spacers on the Custom Wheels. These Fuel wheels are manufactured with the correct offsets so no spacers are required or need. And the tires are only "1"18" wider. You had several Supervisors call me to explain why I was declined, the last one told me to Reactivate my Plan and wait 30 days and file another claim. And to make sure I disclosed these modifications. No Thank You! Bite me Once, Shame on You, Bite me Twice Shame on Me.
Feel Free to Refund My 3 payments and walk away. Incidentally I have been in the Automotive Industry 30 yrs. I certainly wouldn't void my warranty by doing modifications that were safe or harmful to my vehicle.
