After receiving the product we signed off on the contract. When the delivery guy's left we noticed a chipped place and a scratch at the very top of the headboard. The delivery guys were great. I don't know how this happened. I contacted the company with no results.
Our piece is beautiful and exactly what we needed. We are seniors, I had just had shoulder replacement surgery, and my husband walks with a cane. We did not realize the delivery did not include uncreating and placement OR assembly. Our fault. The delivery people were fairly rude but at least did bring it into the house from the front porch. It took us several days to uncrate it but we're happy it came already assembled. Relatives help us place it. It was a learning experience for us so I suppose I should thank. We do love the piece.

Furniture is nice. Sturdy well made and great look. Delivery up until home was good. Once got into home, delivery personnel couldn't deliver to finished basement. Wanted us to sign liability waiver when white glove delivery is part of price. We took it down ourselves and they gave us a credit, just need to be more specific on white glove delivery.
The delivery men were efficient and professional. The furniture itself is slightly darker than depicted on Coleman Furniture's website, but it does match the color shade of the bedframe for this set.
The main cushion was too short, leaves a gap on the side near the arm rest, looks terrible, they didn't replace it, just offered me a paltry discount. Very bad quality control and support.
I purchased this orange upholstered chair to replace an older one that had cat claw damage.
I was happy to see that the new one was exactly the same as the one that I had previously purchased including the color.

From shopping to delivery, my experience with Coleman was very satisfying. First of all, shopping the website was very easy. I found a stylish dresser and nightstands with a design, finish, and number of drawers to meet my needs. The pictures, description, and detailed measurements made the process effortless. Free white glove delivery service was provided by a pleasant crew, who were polite, friendly, professional and fast. Once set up, the furniture exceeded my expectations and is absolutely beautiful in my bedroom. I almost forgot to mention the prices! My pieces are solidly made at a fraction of the cost I saw at stores I went to in person. I am a happy woman.
Shopping was easy, but wasted a lot of time trying to use Affirm which wanted to charge 36% interest. Please partner with Synchrony Home instead. I like
Wish I would've purchased this set sooner! The quality was quite excellent despite just a few loose threads on the pillows zipper stitching which I just trimmed off. Otherwise, my white glove team wrapped every piece carefully and considerately so my arrangement would arrive safely! They assembled it quickly and carefully while unwrapping. My living room looks so upgraded now and refined. I've received many compliments and look forward to sinking into this sectional. I know once I sit down I can kiss any obligations/duties I planned for the day away hahaha. Oops.

I looked all over central Arkansas for a black leather couch that I liked without success. I was happy to find this one online. It was perfect for our pool house game room.
Shopping easier than in person buying. No pushy salesman. I was scared at first not being able to feel or sit on furniture before buying g but other customer reviews and photos helped me find the sectional I been looking for. Prices lower than stores in my area. Measurements were accurate. They even listed measurements for the door so you can determine if it would fit during delivery. Shipping easy, fast set up.

We received our bookcases and they were well packaged and had no damage. The delivery team was very careful handling the bookcases and did not scratch or damage our floors, house or the bookcases. We were very satisfied with our purchase. Our only complaint would be the several weeks it took from the time of our purchase to the actual delivery. If you are not in a hurry the price and product are worth the wait.
After talking to someone several times, I settled for a claim! I don't like the going back and forth a deal. They should have replaced it from the pictures I sent. So now it's in the garage not what it was intended for and I bought another cabinet in place of it!

I didn't appreciate the way the customer service team acted when there was an issue with the delivery. It's frustrating to wait for months for something you paid a lot of money for only for it to not fit through the door by a couple inches during the delivery. Your team called me in the middle of this, not to speak to the delivery team, help with my problem or provide any sort of customer service, but to let me know that if I didn't accept delivery I would be charged an additional 15% fee for nonacceptance. Not only did this not help my situation at all, it made me feel like the company didn't really care about the frustrating experience I was having during their delivery experience. Customer service should be about helping people figure out solutions, but instead your company added to my problems. We ended up getting the furniture through the door ourselves (the delivery guys gave up after a couple attempts). I do like the furniture but I'm not sure the overall wait and delivery experience was worth using your company over a competitor.
Horrible customer service, horrible product.
We were happy with the stools with the exception of one that came damaged. The full leather on top of one of the seats had not been painted correctly. I reached out to Coleman's but never received a response back.
Hard workers did well. Once done all pieces of furniture were tested. Once workers left found issues with the big sofa. Turns out a wire disconnected due to not enough slack once one seat was put back in position.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
