Our dock on the bayou is pure humidity nine months of the year. The 1200 HD breathes enough that our pontoon boat stays dry underneath even in August when the air itself feels wet. No dampness, no musty smell. Just a great product that does what it's supposed to do.

Worth It for the Peace of Mind
May 20, 2026

I added the cable lock kit after reading about someone's cover getting stolen from the apartment lot last week. Threads through the grommets and locks easily underneath. Cheap insurance for peace of mind.

The Sharkskin Plus is made to order for my exact hull and fits like it was custom sewn. Saved hundreds and can't tell the difference honestly.

Customer Service has blown me off
April 29, 2026

Held on to cover over a week but an incoming storm forced me to open it, I don't think it's the platinum cover... contacted customer service, only response I received was it will protect against hail... anyhow storm came through and water leaked through. There was a very heavy down pour, wasn't even mad about the leak through. But there's no blue lining, just the white inner and gray outer, sent pictures and it's been radio silent, customer service has stopped responding... I didn't give one star because the cover does fit well.

My experience was without incident I made the purchase in advance of predicted thunderstorms with hail of varying degrees, as I moved from a different weather area on the west coast to a very different climate in the central states, 2 car garage so protection is needed for the 3rd vehicle.

Thanks J Marie! Smart move getting the cover in place ahead of the storms — that's exactly what it's built for. Welcome to the central states, and glad we could help take care of the third vehicle.

Work near a facility that puts some pretty questionable stuff in the air and it was doing damage to my last truck over time. Got the platinum for the Tundra specifically to avoid that. Cover goes on every day when i park, comes off when i leave. Truck stays clean underneath, no corrosion starting on the lower panels, paint looks fine. Simple solution to a problem that cost me real money on my last vehicle.

Thanks Mia! That's a use case we don't hear every day, but it makes total sense — the Platinum was built to handle the rough stuff, airborne contaminants included. Glad the Tundra is staying clean and corrosion-free.

Soft lining was the reason i went with this cover. No marks on the gelcoat so far. Doing exactly what it's supposed to.

Thanks Johnas! The soft lining is one of our favorite features too — glad it's keeping the gelcoat protected just like it should.

Great heat and sun protection
April 15, 2026

Interior temps dropped noticeably after switching to the Solar-X. Dash isn't scorching, seat isn't burning. Classic car deserves that kind of protection. Really pleased.

Instructions That Actually Help
April 14, 2026

I'm the type who reads instructions before doing anything. The guide that came with the cover was straightforward and actually useful. I had the cover on my NX correctly the first time without guessing which end was which or watching a video. Thank you!

Pamela, love hearing that! Getting it right the first time without a tutorial is the goal. Thanks for the kind words and enjoy your NX!

Waterproof Performance in Storms
April 14, 2026

There was three days of heavy rain last week and my MB GLE was completely dry underneath. Not even moisture around the door seals. I was surprised to see that 7 layers apparently means what it says. My old cover would have completely soaked through by day two.

David, three days of heavy rain is a real-world stress test -- glad the GLE came through completely dry. That's exactly what those 7 layers are built for. Thanks for sharing!

Free Shipping
April 13, 2026

Almost ordered from another site until I saw they wanted twenty eight dollars for shipping. Same cover, similar price, but this site shipped it free. Arrived in three days and the cover fits my BMW 5 Series very well and the fleece lining is incredibly soft.

Trailered the Maristar two hours to the lake last weekend at 70 mph. Cover didn't move an inch. Pulled it off at the ramp and everything underneath was clean and dry. Also, big thanks to the customer support agent who helped me with the whole thing! Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Tesla paint protection
April 11, 2026

Tesla forums are full of people complaining about paint fading and i was determined not to be one of them. Cover goes on every night and every time i park at work for more than a few hours. Model Y still looks new, no fading on the roof or hood. Fleece lining means no scratches either. Good cover.

Grant, that's exactly what the cover is designed to do. A Model Y that still looks new after daily use is the best kind of feedback we can get. Thanks for sharing!

Lift is covered so weather was never the issue, just keeping the interior clean between trips. Sunbrella fits the Champion well and does exactly that. Seats stay clean, carpet doesn't collect dust, no debris in the cockpit when i show up to the dock on a saturday morning. Simple solution that works better than expected.

The Impala is a long car and i was worried a cover with real substance would be too heavy to manage solo. This one has good weight to it but not in a way that makes it awkward. Durable fabric, easy to handle, fits the full length of the car without a fight.

Helpful service
April 10, 2026

My wife called while i was at work to sort out the cover order. She said the guy she talked to was patient, asked the right questions about the boat, and pointed her toward the right cover without trying to upsell her. Fit the pontoon perfectly when it arrived. Good product and apparently good people behind it too.

Excellent quality and build

Had a cover fall apart at the seams after one season before this. Not the case here. Double stitched, reinforced at the stress points, still looks the same as day one. Somebody actually pad attention when they made this thing.

My detailer specifically told me to get a cover with a soft lining and to never put it on over dust if i could help it. Took that seriously and went with the platinum specifically for the cotton interior. The difference versus a bare fabric cover is pretty obvious when you handle both. Cotton lining sits against my VW Golf without any drag, moves with the cover instead of against the paint. Been doing this every day for several months, quick visual check every week or so, and the paint looks exactly the same as when i brought it home from the dealer. For a limited edition color that i'm not going to be able to match if i scratch it that kind of protection matters a lot.

Ross, your detailer gave great advice and it sounds like the Platinum is delivering on it. Really glad the cotton lining is keeping that limited edition paint looking exactly as it should. Thanks for sharing!

My kids actually fight over who gets to help put the cover on which is not something i expected to say about a boat cover. Our boat is over 20 feet so having an extra set of hands does make it easier but honestly one person can manage it too. We've turned it into the end of every lake day routine, pull the boat out, rinse it down, cover goes on, everyone helps. Takes maybe three minutes with two people. Kids are 9 and 12 and they've both got the process figured out. For a 1989 boat that still runs great and looks good, keeping it covered has become just part of how we take care of it.

Easy to handle
April 8, 2026

The XJR is a long car and i was expecting the cover to be a wrestling match to fold up every time. It's not. Shake it off, fold it in thirds lengthwise, roll it up from the front and it fits back in the bag without a fight. Takes maybe two minutes once you've done it a few times. Keep the bag in the boot and the whole thing is out of the way until i need it again. For a daily routine that's the kind of thing that actually determines whether you use a cover consistently or whether it ends up sitting in a corner. Easy enough that i actually use it every day. That's the whole point.
