I ordered a set of 8 foot blinds that came in with the box open and missing parts. The blinds themselves look great however I'm not able to hang them. I contacted the company and they have agreed to ship out a new set of mounting devices so I'm looking forward to installing these and potentially get some additional blinds. I ordered cushion covers in 2022 with a very (unique) design that includes a flap with velcro that connects the bolster cushion to the bottom. I made drawings and sent videos to be sure the replacements we to spec. The first set was... not - but Customer Service made it right. Fast forward to this year and the cushions are faded and worn and up for replacement. I contacted customer support to replace EXACTLY AS MADE. I included the drawing they made in 2022. I was assure the new cushions would be a match. Excellent! Well, surprise, the new cushions are NOT made with the flaps as specified on the order. When I contacted support for resolution, here is what I was told: We appreciate you writing to Covers&All and expressing your worries. And sorry to learn that you're facing the issue with your recent order. We'll do our best to fix them.
We're aware that the order was placed with the Bolster Straight Back Cushion Covers and we understand that the new cushions are missing the flap and velcro loop. We empathize with your situation.
We reviewed the order details and would like to share that it is not a reorder of the previous order as the reorder option is disabled after 6 months of the purchase. However, in the previous order, we can see your comments for the special request, which is mentioned below:
"SPECIAL REQUEST: Each top pillow has an apron hanging down on the back with velcro that connects to the lower pillows. The apron is 6.25" long. The bottom 5 pillows are all the same 4 of the 5 of the top pillows are the same; one is smaller to fit in the corner of the sectional. Please email me with updated prices for the custom design as noted."
As per the new order, there were no comments or any communication for the velcro. Hence, the order was fabricated as per the order specifications we received and there is no error found from our end.

I did not see it explained very well that if you want a shade 18in. Wide to order it 22 in. Wide because you measure from the out side edge of the rings.

This is our second order from covers & all and the first order came really quickly however the second time we ordered took a lot longer for some reason. The covers/cushions themselves though are lovely, well made and great quality

I submitted a custom request and they then in an email asked for photo of my garden seating. Then they asked for specific dimensions on the photos. Then they drew a cover and asked me to check dimensions. Then after a few more weeks they sent me a final drawing for approval. Then finally the actually mad a cover that was perfect for my seating arrangement. Excellent attention to detail. I am very happy with the result.

I have been trying to replace this cover for several years and happened upon this bespoke company. Our umbrella sits in the middle of a large round table and requires a stick in order for you to lift the cover over the top of the umbrella. This cover had the option to buy a telescopic stick which has solved all my problems. The cover fits perfectly and is very well made. Better updating on delivery would have been much appreciated but all in all I am very happy

I am very satisfied. I liked the measurement confirmation with the diagram via email to make sure that is what I want. Also liked the status updates. I have a slight problem with my recent order of covers. The 2 covers I ordered are for 2x benches. The depth of each is equivalent to a plank of wood - approx 30mm
I was under the impression that the drawstring went all around the edge of the product, not just the end. So I specified the depth to be just deep enough to cover the timber beam which is 30mm approx.
When the product arrived I found that the drawstring is just at the two ends. This means that the fabric doesn't drop down at the sides and remaons horizontal which looks very odd. To hang down as desired, it would have needed to be much deeper.
In the interest of rescuing the product, can you tell me. Is the seem open around the complete edge of the product and if so would I be able to thread a cord through it so that it could be pulled to secure the fabric around the bench. If not, can you suggest any other way to make it work. I can see that the current draw string is secured with stitches - if I cut those would the seem be accessible around the entire circumference. Please le mw know what you think.

I am really pleased with the covers I received. The problem was in the delivery of them. I was given a delivery date which was not met so I sent an email to chase. The email contradicted itself saying it was delayed then stating it had been sent. I then received an email stating the delivery date was the date that had passed by 4 days! They did arrive a week later. Think the order website was misleading as I didn't realise if was a US company. Was worried I had been scammed at one point but I am very pleased with the covers.

I had some odd shaped outdoor rockers with cushions and ordered the gray custome covers with the little buckle straps at the legs and the quality is great for mn winter. The only thing I don't like is an extra tiny button you have to push on the buckle. It's hard to push for my old fingers and the big button seems plenty. No need to make these childproof ;)

With these cushions, our lanai now looks complete! Extremely well-constructed, and comfortable. I was tempted to give this a 5-star rating, but the zipper material is not the same as the fabric color and is visible.
