I bought a inogen one g5 oxygen concentrator in December 2022 (They said it's new) it's start giving me trouble i call them they said need service.Send it back we'll check it and after 2 months they sends it back as itis after one month it's giving me same trouble. Three times I sends this machine but no use now they said call Inogen company but at time of sale they said its three years of warranty and they don't want to talk with me

Upon contacting customer service, they couldn't find me in the system. So I ordered from the website. My info was still in the system. A day after my ordering I received an email stating I could save 15%. What a joke. No mention of the discount during the ordering process. Will shop elsewhere in the future.

The Breas Z2 was delivered within 48 hours of ordering. We bought two for travel and tested them right away. They were extremely quiet - really silent - and easy to use. It is very compact for travel. Very pleased.

I'm a 63 year-old man who has just been struck with another round of cluster headaches. One of their major competitors told me that the unit would cost $2,000 and might take 2-4 weeks for me to get. The sales reps with whom I spoke at Direct Home Medical were extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and got the unit to me in 48 hours. The cost was only $1075. Their care team followed up with me the same week and answered the only question that I had about how to use the machine. The machine itself has been extremely effective so far, aborting my cluster headaches in 10-15 minutes. I'm delighted with the machine itself, with the price, and with the service that I've gotten from Direct Home Medical, and I'd certainly recommend the company to others (and in fact already have, when someone told me last week that her mother suffers from the same malady that I do).

I did a lot of research on the Air Mini (pros and cons). Called customer service twice before I finally decided to order. Both reps were extremely helpful. I ordered w/o the humidifier and they supplied a complimentary adapter & standard hose since I wanted to use my own Air Fit P10 mask. It arrived in a 4 days. I was impressed by the small size of the unit! I tried it for a full night. The machine itself was extremely quiet. Unfortunately the air noise of the inhale & exhale was too loud for me to sleep, but I am a very light sleeper, and I am used to my ResMed Airsense 10 that is super quiet. It may be fine for others, but just not for me! Was disappointed that I had to return because it was so small and would have been nice for traveling. The return was processed with ease and credited to my account within 2 days of receipt! I purchased my Air Sense from Direct Medical a few years ago and would definitely reorder from this company again, great service! 5 star review is for the service I received.
