Do206 Reviews Summary

The company has established a strong reputation for its engaging event updates and excellent customer service, particularly in resolving issues related to event cancellations and ticketing. Customers appreciate the opportunity to attend concerts and contests, highlighting a positive experience with the overall value offered. However, some members express dissatisfaction with the variety of events available through their subscription program, finding them less appealing. This suggests a potential gap in meeting diverse customer interests. Overall, while the company excels in customer support and event engagement, there is room for improvement in catering to a broader audience.

So I've been a member of Do206 for a few years now. I enjoy their daily updates telling me what concerts and events are coming up in my area. They typically have contests to win tickets to events, and we've attended a few free shows that way. Their customer service has also been excellent when we've had problems at the door, or when a show has been canceled, they've found other shows for us to see with our winning tickets (specifically we had Anita Hill cancel her Arts and Lectures tour and we instead saw the Mystery Science Theatre 3000 live show).

I also was a member of their DoStuff program for $5/month which gives you free tickets to shows in the area as well as 10 additional contest entries for various contests. For me, I didn't find this to be worth it due to not being excited by the events offered - I attended a preview of the West Side Story movie, but otherwise it was concerts I wasn't interested in (from bigger to smaller names) and occasional other events like art fairs. Not quite for me, but still very legitimate and could be worth it for the right music fan.
