I spent a lot of time trying to find belts with proper mounting hardware. I still don't know if I have the proper mounting hardware as there were no pictures showing what was included.
There were two options for the driver side floor pan I was needing but it wasn't clear as to what the difference was between the two options.
We are seniors (mid/late 70s) undertaking a full restoration of a 1973 Corvette. When we first went on the Ecklers website we were flummoxed -- SO many choices! That's when we noticed the help line phone number which quickly connected us with a real live person (Sherry R.), not a bot. Sherry was knowledgeable, helpful and oh-so-patient with these two old codgers. In no time, we had our first two parts ordered and one arrived three days later. It is so refreshing to have REAL customer service! Sherry R will definitely be hearing from us again as we enjoy restoring our Corvette.
I had a very good experience with Josh P. He knew what he was talking about. I felt like and help me very much with my car. I am very happy with his performance.
I was treated with respect by Chandler who was my contact and he was a great help. Some of the items that I wanted were not available so I am forced to go else ware. On a whole it was good

I've tried ordering parts for my 1970 and '71 429 Cobra Jet Torinos from Mac's that said the part was in stock (Cobra snake emblem and 429 emblem among parts) only to be told on Ecklers site the parts are no longer available! I like these sites but am disappointed such a large conglomerate doesn't stock these.
I was very clear I needed the product to ship out the day I ordered and I was told yeah that's fineā¦. Years ago when this was a private company it was completely different and now it's just part of a large corporation. They couldn't give a damn.
Overall I've been happy with the product I received from your company, however other corvette parts site have better pricing on certain products that make me use other sites, it would be easier if you price match and give coupons to your customers!
I was looking for exterior mirrors for my 75-year-old resto-mod and found them on Eckler's site. Once found I easily got them order and deliveres to the restoration shop. No fighting with a different delivery versus payment address, like some other sites that I had to call to get an order in.
I needed the part of the clutch mechanism for my 69 Ford truck. Everyone seemed to have only the V8 part and I needed the part for a six cylinder engine. Thanks for your great store!
I ordered a dash gauges for my 1970 Chevelle. The gauges in the hiring harness did not come with the dash. The only thing I received was the dash so I called to ask what the next step was and the lady I talked to was very, very rude on the phone I ended up hanging up on her and calling back to get another representative to help me. Now I'm in limbo waiting to hear if they're gonna send me gauges or not I had planned on putting the dash together last weekend and again didn't receive everything I needed that came with the order.

I entered my vehicle and saved it in the garage, but it always seems to show me stuff that isn't related to my year make and model and the left and right arrows will often not scroll. It makes for a confusing experience. It would be nice to enter my car and it only show items that fit my selected vehicle.

We are sorry to that when you entered your vehicle information on our website, you were shown items that are not fit for your vehicle. We went to our site, and entered the information for your 1964 Galaxie 500 Base, we do see that some universal items are listed and then there are some items that show what other customers with your vehicle recently purchased. We did go through some of the other photos, and the ones that popped up were the correct ones for your vehicle.

Online you have a horrible reputation for not delivering items or them been on back order for months! But I decided to give you guys a chance and placed an order. Your website was a little slow but that could be on my end. On my armrest I do own a Galaxie 500 and your website states the armrest I ordered doesn't fit my car and made me change it to a normal Galaxie not (500) that was weird but other than that it was a good overall experience. Hoping I can report back to my car clubs that ECKLER'S delivered on their promised delivery date
Processing the order took a couple of minutes, unusual. I don't think your website functions as well as it should. I found myself having to refer to a paper catalogue for verification. The website is not a good catalog in that it does not display some items, i. E., one must determine good search words. There are other Corvette Parts websites that function much better. I even notice a word mis-spelled which hurts a customer's confidence.
So I'm restoring a 1966 el camino that was my fathers. I have tried to order parts from multiple places and have had my order canceled because I have not made a purchase before. I mean how silly is that. You make it hard for me to give you my money and I walk.
Complete opposite experience here with Eklers. The site was easy to navigate the parts that showed in stock were actually in stock. Unlike other places. The fact my uncle could also order parts while in New York and have them shipped to me here in California is another huge reason ill be shopping with Eklers over other well know places moving forward. From searching for the products to the checkout process this has been a great experience.
I utilized Eckler's customer service service chat option to ask a few questions about the stereo I was wanting to purchase for our classic car. They assigned a HUMAN to call me to answer my questions. Armando G. Called within minutes and was super knowledgeable! He was so very kind and even answered follow up questions via text. Without a doubt, Eckler's has amazing customer service.
I called Ecklers to order parts for my '64 Chevelle convertible. Ordered a Blue tooth radio, speaker, convertible top. Poor discription, the guy didn't know where to get details. The guy didn't suggest that I needed hardware because the new top fastens differently. I got the wrong speaker. Returned it for the right speaker. You shipped me the same radio that I returned! I called your speaker supplier direct, Custom Auto Sound in Fullerton CA. He gave me the correct speaker number. I hope the radio is correct, but haven't had a chance to try it out due to shipping the wrong speaker twice! I called Devon at Ecklers who shipped me the same speaker that I returned. No answer, left message, no call back. I'm done with you. I'll never order from you again.

You seem to have a great selection of products, but the website is frustrating. Many links/buttons don't work. Referred pages don't open.

Purchased a repair kit through them because I don't deal with Top Flight Automotive. Scumbags drop shipped my order from them anyways. I paid a premium NOT to purchase from them and they got my business anyway.
Moral of the story, Ecklers is just 2.5x'ing the cost and send you products from other sites. Paid $60 for a kit that I could have purchased for $25.
Also, the kit came in busted up and damaged.
Do yourself a favor, stay away from this garbage middle man website.
