My delivery was for the 14th of February and it got delayed, the delivery support wasn't available, so I cancelled and was refunded.

There is no customer support no one will respond and order will not be delivered on time so don't order in this site by seeing postive reviews those people are fraud

I sent a cake combo with a ferrero chocolate box to my friend as a birthday gift. The delivery date was 6/8/2024 but today 7/8/2024 they didn't deliver my order even they didn't start the process yet. No updates at all. If you send mails WhatsApp messages they will not give you any reply and the contact number isn't available because the that is not recharged. So totally fake, fraud and money theft site. No way to get your money back. So I will suggest everyone please don't use this site. There are many other reliable sites. Go for that. Totally disappointed. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I have ordered 5 rakhi set worth 1349 on 22 August and it shows that my order will be reached at 26-8 but even on the day of Raksha bandhan my rakhi is not deleivered.so much disappointed, do not order from egift's portal.worst service.

Its a fraud omline site. Taken all the money but order was mot placed. They raised a fake ticket and there is no timing and any. Kimd of assiramce
It has been 7 days but my money never came back to me. I have been cheated completely by eii or egiftportal.

They charged $54 for low quality cheesecake from Giant which retails for $7.99. This is one of the biggest scams for people trying to send cakes and flowers to their loved ones in the US.

I strongly recommend not using this service.

I ordered rakhi from India on 19th August to be delivered to the USA on a very urgent basis (within 2 days i. E, 21st August as 22nd was rakshabandhan). I searched all over the internet, none, I repeat none of the sites were taking responsibility for delivery within 2 days but what happened next was unbelievable. Egifts Portal left no stones unturned to make this impossible thing possible and delivered on 21st August! Can't express my happiness, I was so emotional! Can't thank enough them! Thanks a tonnn! :))

I like the delivery done on time and with perfect cake and its good in taste also and the service provide by egift is marvolous. This is my 1st time and its worthy...

I want to order a cake for 25th December Usa so the told me that they are delivering on 25th but they we're not so they refund the money.
