I purchased some smoke detectors. The price with shipping was cheaper than Amazon with free shipping. They arrived in less than a week and were exact replacements for the defective ones. I will definitely order from here again.

All of my smoke and CO detectors were either dead or going-to-be dead. I used the First Alert website and used the corresponding serial numbers to make my order. They arrived in a timely manner and since the CO detectors had a wiring update they also included the wiring adapter to hook up to my existing wiring! I had the new detectors installed in just a few minutes. Excellent!

I just removed the old smoke alarms and installed the new ones. The only hard part was balancing myself on a 6 foot ladder to connect the wiring harness!

Received Kidde kit to retrofit old failed Firex CO alarm However, wrong adapter/harness was in the box. EBS C/S rep (Pak?) was very helpful, and correct part was shipped after I responded to follow-up email with more explanation and a photo of the wrong part. Installation was easy after that.

I was sent the wrong lights and I cannot figure out how to get a refund

It took a while to receive, but it worked great. Easy to install following the same installation as the previous one.

My CO alarm had outlived its 10-year usefulness. I ordered an identical one from Electric Bargain Store, and it came within a few days.

We ordered lights to replace some that had burned out. We had to wait awhile because ours were discontinued. There was an alternative light so we ordered those and we did finally got the them.

Delivered quickly, and it was exactly what I needed.

3 units did not pass inspection due to interconnect system being RF and not bluetooth
