It was very easy to create and modify a custom shirt for our softball team. Shipping was fairly straightforward - and as fast as expected (good communication). It might have been nice to have an expedited option, shipping seemed to fall to the lowest common denominator (Sweatshirts were 14day+ T-Shirts were 7 Days, but our order was May 7th, and we received everything on May 27th (20 days). If we could have had at least the shirts in the 7 day window, we would have paid extra to have them for two more games.
Designing and ordering was comprehensive. Price was great. Quality was great.

I am 6'2 245 pounds and I ordered a 2x and it fit very well. My brother is 5'10 170 pounds and I ordered him a xl and it was a tad bit too long in the arms for him. Great shirt over all very comfortable. I swam all day in it. I've washed it and dried it several times and not shrunk or anything yet. So far so good. Will order more
