Order process is poor in direction on how to get the options you want. Why would I want a plain controller that more money than at a retail store plus shipping?
I recommend alternative mod controller suppliers.

Having disabled people mount their own control stick on their disability controller is a tad rude and extremely inconvenient. I've basically ruined two previous controllers because the double-sided tape isn't stable and doesn't remain permanently, but superglue requires precision that even able-bodied people seem to find difficult in assisting me.

Not only do I believe this controller was overpriced for the options that it has on it versus the Scuf controller that I spent $100 Less on and has the same options, but the mouse clicks on the triggers should have the ability to turn on and turn off and they do not.

Other controllers when they have whether a mouse click, or some kind of trigger lock/stop, they give you the option to turn this on and off.

When I play a shooter game I have them turned on, but when I play all other games I have them turned off but I do not have the option with this controller.

As this controller is far more customizable than other controllers, I have five children, three of which play video games and I would not mind getting them controllers with their customization options, however I would not want to spend this money only for them to be let down as well and them ultimately not be used.

The website should be more clear if you choose to use the mouse click triggers, they will only be Mouse click.

Very unhappy with the overall experience, will most likely not be ordering in the future, going back to Scuf

I enjoyed it really well this is good for a special controller I probably going to use for one game well one series of a game but I needed a case and I couldn't find any good looking one until I found this one

Bought knobs for a PS5 controller, they didn't fit. I had to expand the holes to make them fit on the knob holders. Contacted customer support and got what appeared to be an AI response or one that wasn't helpful in the slightest.

Needed a one handed controller made and it was delivered in 2 weeks! Works great!

I already have immediate stick drift upon buying a new a controller even with the TMR stick upgrade. I have maybe two months of play time on the controller and am already using dead zones in the double digits.

I had my doubts that it will feel wonky and cheap, but it is a quality product. I would compare it Sony controller. HIGHLY recommend it if you have hands that hurt.

I have purchased two controllers from Evil and while I am grateful they make products for my accessibility needs, they are somewhat lacking in the customer service department. I have had to replace the same joystick component on both controllers multiple times, as it is a very fragile piece that is poorly soldered and easily dislodged, even with minimal force/use. While they were helpful in providing a replacement, it costs about $80 each time and it doesn't seem like the design has been improved over the years. Also, I tried for months to purchase an item on the website, only to get the run around, having me fill out a questionnaire about my disability and everything, then I was told they couldn't sell it to me and received no replies to further communication afterward. I understand it's a small company, but at these prices, I just expect a little easier communication, just even a phone call vs email or messaging.

The product itself is great but what I appreciate beyond the controller quality is the customer service. If you have questions or you wanted changes done you can actually engage with a real person and in a timely manner. We live in a time when companies want to push you to AI for service and it's nothing but a challenge to talk with someone and get help so I appreciate not having that through Evil!

It's easy to use I have a left side deficit so it gave me the freedom to play video games again. Worth every penny

My Right side one hand a controlled. It was built by the evil team. They asked me a bunch of questions by email about my controlled. They built it specifically for me.

Buttons and sticks were awesome, had buttons on back instead of paddles. Would prefer paddles

Had a new request to change something on the controller AFTER getting the original order. They were very quick to answer and accept my request to change some additional things. They very very kind and profesional, understood what I wanted immediately

Aside from the really cool mods for controllers the mod for disabled players is truly fantastic. It needs a few tweaks but I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.

We always get accessible controllers from here because they are the most affordable.
A nurse at Mercy hospital actually recommended them when my fiance was there after his illness left him physically disabled. He was able to regain outside friendships and have something to do again albeit online but getting out and about isn't easy anymore. Without a controller that could be designed around his needs I'm pretty sure it would be rather depressing right now. I'm glad a company like this exists.

Could not fault the team at Evil Controllers. Item made and delivered within the given timeframe.

Best decision I ever made was adding stick stiffness to one of my sticks
