Great sale
May 26, 2026

Found decent pair of snowboard boots off season. I teach snowboarding almost year round and my boots take a pounding. Needed a pair quickly before next job. These worked for me, lace up, great price fast shipping and I like the brand.

Great TC Tops from TC Tuggers
May 25, 2026

My friends and I loved these! The ability to easily put these onto any shirt is great. It's not to be worn as a joke, it's not a joke. It's not for pub crawls. It's not like the snuggie. It's awesome for unbunching your shirt.

Still waiting
May 25, 2026

I've been waiting for them to send a replacement for the worn pair of sunglasses they sent me initially. It's taking quite awhile. Up to this point everything had been pretty awesome with Evo. Not sure what the holdup is. They've simply confirmed that it hasn't been shipped yet put it in the mail, i'm starting to think they're gonna try to refurbish the used glasses they sent me initially

May 21, 2026

The deluxe evo ski bag is a great bag for the price point (got it on discount). It shipped to my house earlier than expected and I felt good knowing that if I didnt't like it, then I could I return it no problem.

I live in Korea, and I ordered a North Face Thermoball hoodie to use. North Face Korea doesn't sell products like this. That's why I ordered it.

Of course, Evo wouldn't know about these minor details. I wanted to buy it, but I usually had to call in English to resolve the cancellation. Of course, it seemed like communication via email was possible, but I gave up because it was a hassle.

Next time, please allow foreigners to purchase if they indicate it on the agreement.

I hope you have a good day.

Cotopaxi luggage
May 20, 2026

EVO was the only one selling the Cotopaxi luggage the color we wanted. The price was the same as everywhere. Delivery to Canada was a bit long but OK and the tracking could have been more accurate.
We received exactly what we ordered

Great place to buy skis
May 12, 2026

I actually called the web site and got a real experienced person on the line.
How often can you say that?
And he was extremely helpful in my search for the right ski for me.
I gave him my previous ski that I was looking to match and he found a perfect pair.
Highly recommend.

This was the first time I ordered from Evo. I was in a time crunch and needed the jacket for a trip. I called to confirm there was enough shipping time. The customer service was phenomenal and the price of my jacket was unbeatable. I will definitely order from Evo again in the future!

Great selection of products!
May 11, 2026

I had some points to redeem and needed some new sunglasses, so I figured what the heck. Evo has a ton of information about sizes, face shapes, etc. to help when trying to decide what glasses to purchase. I based my decision solely on all the supplied information and I wasn't disappointed. I've purchased snowboard gear and clothing from evo in the past and that always gone well too. I always look to evo for many products... past, present and future.

I purchased a discontinued Mountain Hardwear jacket at a very good price. It arrived packed neatly/ secure and quickly. I haven't purchased from Evo much over the years - maybe once or twice in ten.
I was excited to find what I was looking for via a google search. Now I will add Evo to my search list next time.

Amazing customer service!
May 9, 2026

My order for five ten trailcross pro mid clip in mountain bike shoes was great. What happened next was amazing. A few weeks after purchase I saw jensonusa had the shoes for significantly less $$. I filled out the EVO price match request form on line and within 3 hours EVO refunded me the difference to my credit card with a polite glad we could help today. Amazing service from Katie! Since this morning I have told 10 people EVO is the place to check first for bike and wintersport purchases! I know I will now always check EVO first and buy from them if I can. I am so happy to work with a company that has such amazing customer service! THANK YOU EVO!

I was scammed. I received a Snow board cover, which I did not order. I am 97 years old Do Not snowboard. Someone used my address and I'm not sure whose credit card not mine. I called you and you took care of everything. I returned the merchandise. You were very easy to work with. I appreciate it. Every day. I get a scam someone using my credit card you hate to open anything so I thank you for your service.

I am disappointed to report that my new Season Nexus skis sustained significant tip damage during their first use, despite only light skiing on groomers. The skis were never abused, were transported in a padded bag and well cared for. The tips have a wall of wood that is vertical and flat which seems to easily catch on anything. The easy damage exposed the inner layers and must be repaired. Evo and Season refused warranty, replacement or refund and suggested I have somebody repair the skis, for which they offered to pay up to $100 for repairs. They actually suggested I pay to have the tips structurally modified (beveled) to prevent further damage. This advice is absurd; not only does it suggest a known defect, but modifying the skis would void the warranty entirely. I am very disappointed in this experience and would never recommend Evo or Season Nexus skis to anyone.

Purchased some end of season snowboard bindings that just about everyone else (including local stores) was out of stock on. EVO though was still matching manufacturers discounted price and had free shipping.

Expired a stock
May 1, 2026

Helmets degrade / expire over time. The consensus with all manufacturers is that even an unused helmet should be replaced after 5 years from the production date. If you are going to sell a 4 year old helmet, you should probably mention that in the description. Not cool!
