I ordered transition lenses and blue light. I received the glasses and called and asked why the glasses don't transition, I was told only then that it's either one, not both. The order had both items selected. Don't you think you would inform the customer.
I spoke earlier with an incredible customer service rep who was gracious with her time and answered all my questions. Because of her, and having a great sense of humor I'll be back. I have the same frames but need to replace the lenses. Do you do that? Thank you.
Easy to find specific contact lenses brand and type. Prices are high compared to other sellers but VSP insurance discount makes the net price a good deal.
Bc you can use your full insurance benefit the contacts markups are crazy. I only use my insurance for one box then I order the remainder elsewhere bc it's cheaper.
The first time I used Eyeconic was in 2025, and I was extremely pleased with my experience. I ordered two pairs of glasses—one pair for reading and one pair of sunglasses—and both were perfect. The fit was excellent, and they looked great.
What impressed me most was the price. I paid less than $140 for each pair, which was an amazing value for the quality I received.
I absolutely love my glasses and will definitely continue to purchase from Eyeconic in the future. Highly recommended!
Good product selection but the checkout process is a nightmare. The Captcha doesn't accurately record selections and the voice option is garbled. Please get rid of this!
I tried multiple times to place the order with my HSA card and it would not go through. I had to use my personal credit card.
Needed a little bit of practice capturing the right image for the glasses to fit perfectly but she has been thrilled with them

Eyeconic has a good ordering process and the frames show up quickly but their selection is limited, and somewhat dated. If you're looking for a basic pair of glasses, Eyeconic works but don't expect super current frames here.
LaCoste frames arrived distorted and bent. I think Eyeconic buys seconds or frames that the manufacturer is discontinuing or discarding.

Smooth online process and measurement tool. When I received the glasses, I stopped at a local eye care office that takes VSP and they made minor adjustments so the glasses fit perfectly.

Lots of time-outs and inconsistencies. I started out on my phone, but couldn't get the order to go through until I switched to a computer. I thought I would use apple pay, but the amount it communicated didn't include the insurance coverage- I could only get that by using a credit card.
Not a lot of options, and the virtual use is not accurate so use with caution. VSP sort of forces you to use eyeconic online or else pay high prices for small upgrades (bluelight)
It was blurred when I used and I can't wear this driving. Talked to the customer service via email, I was waiting for response more than a week. I followed up, and no response. I chatted with customer service. She is saying I have to bring my glassed to my doctor to measure and let them know. Eyeconic should handle this not a customer. So, I returned it.

I spent nearly a year dealing with blurry vision and severe eye strain while working and driving, only to discover Eyeconic manufactured my progressive lenses with the completely wrong prescription.
I had my glasses tested at a local clinic, and the machine proved Eyeconic over-prescribed both lenses (putting in +1.50 and +1.25 distance power instead of my doctor's prescribed +1.25 and +1.00). Their careless lab mistake forced my eye muscles to constantly fight the wrong focus.
Because of their zero quality control, I just had to pay $225 out of pocket at a local clinic to get the lenses remade correctly. Unacceptable. Avoid this site and double-check your lenses! They refuse to own their mistakes
Happy that Eyeconic provides luxury frames that can be purchased using my insurance. The virtual try-on is a great tool if you're like me and indecisive on what frames look best for your face.
Ordering contacts is a royal pain in the $#*!. Every time. Wouldn't be surprised if this order is canceled. Guess the workers are too lazy to call my doctor if necessary.
