Ordering contacts, my payment was taken instantaneously before it was revealed that I needed to upload a prescription or take an eye exam. I immediately tried to cancel and found that I needed my order number which I did not have, not taking a screen shot and unable to return to previous page. My account was billed within seconds and after going through a virtual system. A human chat froze until l was told it is under review and look for a gutter response. Wasting time, effort and raising blood pressure.
As with other unscrupulous businesses, your money will be taken first and the hassle to get it back if you want to cancel or the order is wrong is practiced by ezcontacts.

I ordered my glasses on January 21,2026. The charge showed a few days later. When I would look at the status it would say pending. I reached out on February 3,2026 to find out the status abd did not receive a response. I reached out again in writing and a call on February 10,2026 and spoke with a representative who said they had been out of stock and I could choose another pair or wait but that they should be restocked the following week. By March 7,2026 the glasses did not have a change to the status and still showed pending. I advised that I would be filing a fraud claim with my CC company and within 2 days I had shipping information. They were delivered on March 24,2026. I will stick with Zeelool or Zenni when ordering glasses online as they are far more communicative and my longest wait was 2.5 weeks
I've ordered glasses from EZContacts.com multiple times before with no major issues—decent prices and delivery. But my latest order for Maui Jim was an absolute catastrophe. Right out of the box: obvious dark horizontal line defect across the lens, very prominent, makes them look cheap and defective. Customer service tried to gaslight me, insisting 'that's how it's designed/intended.' BS! All my friends who saw them said it looks absolutely horrible and unusable.
Worse: when you actually wear them, the image is distorted, everything warps slightly, and your eyes get exhausted super fast—like wearing glasses with the wrong diopters/prescription.
The biggest letdown is their customer service: absolute worst. They hang up on calls, respond like emotionless robots with zero empathy or willingness to exchange or make a free return (why should I pay for returning defective/counterfeit(!?) item?)
This ruined any trust. Never buying from EZContacts.com again. Strongly advise everyone: stay away, save your money and eyes for a legit retailer!
I ordered my contacts on line. The fun begins opening the package and finding the wrong contacts. Their site is AI and it is virtually impossible to talk to a real person. I copied all chats and saved them. Good back up plan. I called and after waitingI got "press 1 to continue this call, this call will be recorded for quality assurance." It would ring twice & disconnect. Each time I would be looped giving the number I started with. I went to the online AI I was an finally talked to a real person who insisted they only send what is ordered. First of all, I had the contact box sitting in front of me when I ordered, secondly they had to verify my prescription and contacts with my eye doctor. I shipped them back to the return address on their site. They said they would send a $12.95 return label to be deducted from my refund. I shipped for $7. After countless hours of agrivation I got my money back. Don't do it. Hint: Contact King is great.
Order Placed Nov 21 2025 and did not receive new glasses with multifocal lenses until Dec 20th. Sadly the lenses were cut upside down, returned immediately and now 20 days later have not received an acknowledgement of my return let alone an update on when to expect my glasses with the correct lenses. Very disappointed thus far with this really elongated process which at this point could go on for another month based upon my experience thus far. No one has even looked to confirm that my return has been received. I have inquired 3 times and get the same response, "you will receive 7-10 business days after we receive your return". Well that day has come and is long gone.
I researched sunglasses with good optical quality for individuals with IOL after cataract surgery. The search recommended Ray Ban. Unfortunately, the glasses did not help as expected. They were no different than the inexpensive ones. The clarity was not as expected. There I am requesting to return the item.

Fast shipping but they sent the wrong frames. Kinda disappointing
The sunglasses were damaged upon delivery. The lense for the right eye has a defect in the coating. It's on the inside of the lense in the top right corner. Like some of the coating has been scratched off
I received most items quick. The only problem I had was the item they didn't ship I could never find out when it was going to get to me. The site was never updated so I was really starting to worry if it would show by December 25. Would have been nice if they would update and drop you a liner so you're not left wondering if you were forgotten.

So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
