This review is for the Bartholomew Kuma Cosplay.

It arrived faster than the time I needed which was great since I paid for the fastest delivery possible. Unfortunately, the cosplay (3XL) didn't fit me even though I had done all the correct measurements for my body. I decided to give it to my brother, which funny enough, fitted him perfectly, so it wasn't a complete waste of money. The hat could've been better quality and the pants REALLY should've came with pockets. Jacket was fine, but same problem like the pants, no pockets...

Je suis profondément déçu par ma commande chez EZCosplay et je demande un remboursement en raison de la qualité inacceptable du produit que j'ai reçu.

Plusieurs pièces du cosplay sont arrivées endommagées, mal assemblées ou inutilisables:

Le tissu doré des gants se décolle déjà, même si le costume est tout neuf.

L'armure de coude ne peut pas être serrée correctement, ce qui la rend impossible à porter en toute sécurité.

Les épaulettes et autres pièces ne peuvent être fixées qu'à l'aide de trombones, ce qui est totalement inacceptable et risque d'endommager le tissu.

Les pièces en mousse sur la boucle de ceinture et le sweat à capuche étaient déjà détachées directement hors de la boîte.

Les pièces de l'armure d'avant-bras sont beaucoup trop grandes et glissent au moindre mouvement, ce qui les rend inutilisables.

Pour le prix payé, ce niveau de qualité est tout simplement inacceptable. Le produit ne correspond pas à la description, aux photos ou aux normes attendues d'un vendeur de cosplay professionnel.

Je demande un remboursement ou une compensation appropriée, car je ne devrais pas avoir à réparer ou reconstruire un costume qui était censé arriver prêt à porter.

Je ne peux pas recommander EZCosplay sur la base de cette expérience.

I am deeply disappointed with my order from EZCosplay, and I am requesting a refund due to the unacceptable quality of the product I received.

Several parts of the cosplay arrived damaged, poorly assembled, or unusable:

The gold fabric on the gloves is already peeling off, even though the costume is brand new.

The elbow armor cannot be tightened properly, making it impossible to wear securely.

The shoulder pads and other pieces can only be attached using paperclips, which is completely unacceptable and risks damaging the fabric.

The foam parts on the belt buckle and the hoodie were already detached straight out of the box.

The forearm armor pieces are far too large and slide off with the slightest movement, making them unusable.

For the price paid, this level of quality is simply unacceptable. The product does not match the description, the photos, or the standards expected from a professional cosplay seller.

I am requesting a refund or an appropriate compensation, as I should not have to repair or rebuild a costume that was supposed to arrive ready to wear.

I cannot recommend EZCosplay based on this experience.

Product is as advertised but I had to deal with multiple buttons falling off as they were poorly sewed on but overall product is fine. It may be a tiny bit tighter than I hoped in the arm pit area but I think it was the dimensions I provided so I think that may have been more buyer error though i think it would have been mitigated with an arm length mesurement as the long sleeves don't go all the way to my cuff if i start to bend my arms in certain ways. The hat is too tight and there was no way to custom order it or select which size you wanted if you did custom dimensions. Over all I think for custom dimensions it could have had more personalization instead of guessing for some dimensions.
Though for the price it is, it really isn't that horrible.
Overall I feel if there was more personalization for measurements it would fit a lot better for people who are in a bunch of the size brackets and wanted something to fit even if it would cost more than the $30 upcharge.

The measurements are correct and overall the costumes looks pretty good. Because the material is woven and doesn't have any give and I have wide upper arms there is a little less than optimal room. It's not the fault of the company and it as described, just know that the sleeves and shoulders are on the narrow side. The reason there are only 4 stars is because the banding on the top of the stockings is a separate pieces and it seems like the combination won't hold up well at convention.

Extremely slow response time, extremely low quality item, and no response for when i ask for help. Never shopping here again. Item broke just from LIFTING THE GOD DAMN PROP! If your looking for props dont do it here.

I tried on the dress and ordered it custom size since I'm MTF (trans) and it fits my figure perfectly. The only thing to be mindful you might need a strapless bra or something to help hide your feminine torso area because it can expose if the fabric is tugged. But other than that the details are amazing and to the tea. I ordered it back on December 24,2025 and received it today a 02/10/2026. It was well worth the wait.
Can't wait to wear this for an anime con!

I highly recommend ordering custom sizing.
