I had forgotten to change my payment information and was not able to access their messages after submitting my summer box selections. FFF support department was able to remedy the situation, and kept my box selections intact, along with my 'add on's'. Customer satisfaction is very important to FFF! A definite 5 star rating!

This probably isn't something I will continue it's pricey and I didn't much care for the items picked out I don't drink wine so I don't need wine glasses or an apron.

I love the great brands I get from my seasonal box and I've also gotten the last 2 editions beauty boxes and I love them and will continue with them monthly.

I loved experiencing mainly the new beauty, fitness, and fashion items which I had my fair share of beauty I wanted to try. Elemis for $17 thank you! I was originally going to try to sell most of it and keep some of it for me. I found the stuff I tried to sell I didn't make that much on so I'd rather share with friends and family. If I was still able to work I would not be stopping my yearly subscription box but budget be budget. Now I did do subscriptions on 2 items and add ons every now and then and I will say be sure to advocate for yourself. Watch that you get everything you paid for, including everything in your box! I've had to chat over the internet with them three times in the almost year. Twice they've made it right. Of course you cannot receive the product which sucks but money towards the next sale. And girl, they have sales all the time so you can do it as cheaply as possible or as large as your budget or heart will allow!

I love my annual subscription! So many amazing products that I can get at awesome prices during their sales. So many great name brands. I'm able to find products I love for half the regular price! The quarterly boxes are so much fun, I look so forward to them and love picking out my customizations. It's not a big deal if I'm not crazy about one of the customizations because I can just get a credit although after customizing 4 boxes I didn't need to do that once. If your interests change you can fill out the survey again so the products will better suit your interests. I would highly recommend giving this box a shot, you won't be disappointed! Don't forget about the great sales you can be a part of while you're subscribed because they are a lot of fun to shop. I definitely recommend on doing annual if you can afford it because you get first dibs on your customization and even first dibs on plenty of the sales.

I joined several years ago. I love the quality of the products. I get excited seeing the products that I get to chose from for my customizations. I also love the sales for finding gifts, things for my home and things for my self care. Yay1!

I have been with fff for 7 years. I have seen this sub through lots of changes over the years and I must say it started out good and only got better overall. It is fully customizable and so many high quality choices that are right on point with the trends, yet still so versatile that I can still use most of them still. There's always room for improvement but this is a solid choice if you want to treat yourself to fully customizable, full sized products for beauty, lifestyle, home and fitness at a very reasonable price.

I have enjoyed receiving FitFabFun boxes over the past several years. My friend recommended it and I see it as a special gift I have given myself. I use almost everything I choose and love full size products. On the rare occasions when I have needed to contact Customer Care I have been very satisfied with the resolution provided.

I've been an annual member of FabFitFun since 2019. Always look forward to the next season's reveals and choosing my next box. I've received some great items over the years. What I like is that there has been such a variety- for the kitchen, household, gardening, soft blankets, candles, jewelry, pajamas, beach towels, gym bag and other fitness equipment, and of course expensive moisturizers, serums, suntan lotions, perfumes, etc. etc. Especially since I'm single, it's nice to get a little Christmas every season just to pamper myself a little. And though the cost of the box may seem a lot, the value is always at least 2 or 3 times the cost. I love the days when my FabFitFun boxes arrive🤗

I've gotten this box for several years. FFF has made some great changes and additions. I always utilize the add ons and grab presents for my girls through out the year. I love it and they do also!

I love the experience of customizing my box every season. It's super fun to pick the things I want and scroll through the add-ons and get all the products I already love at a discounted price! I use this subscription not only for myself but for gifts for other people and gifts for my teen girls during Christmas. The quality of the items I receive is what keeps me subscribed.

I need so many products that, when added the cost together, I could not afford and keep a budget. Add ontothis, the feelingof Christmas morning 4 times a year.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
