I saw the shoes on Instagram. Googled them & your company had them in my size & color I wanted. I'd never heard of your company before but read some reviews which were good, so I ordered. The shipping was free (always a huge plus) & they came quickly. Wore them for a wedding this past weekend & got lots of compliments. They fit perfectly & came in box with shoe covers too.

Every item that I have purchase from FASHIONPHILE has been exactly as described. I also trust the authenticity guarantee offered via Fashionphile. I have not had to doubt or worry about any of my items being a knock off. This is the one place that I always recommend for luxury pre-owned items. Service is great and items arrive at your door quicker than expected.

The bag that I received was damaged and it was smaller than the measurement said it was. I sent multiple emails and called multiple times and still have not heard back. I was requesting that the return shipping fee be waived due to receiving an item not as described. I sent it back in order for the return window to not be missed. I hope that they actually look at my email and process the return without the return fee.

I stupidly did not look at the measurements of one of my last purchases. Adore one of the bags, but the other was just too small! The return was so easy, and the staff was very helpful. I feel very comfortable with future purchases. I also like how they are backed by Neimans. That makes me feel more at ease about the authenticity.

I was able to purchase two of my LV dream bags from Fashionphile. One of them I received 10% off during one of their promotions and I saved almost $500. I also love that they rate the condition of the bags less than they really are. Both of my purchases claimed water stains and slight wear but when I received them, they appeared to be none of those things. I love Fashionphile!

I purchased an Item with disclosed wear and couldn't be happier! I got a muched desired handbag in a specific color I've been looking for at a fantastic price. The free shipping made it thzt much better!

The bag came as described I just wish that they would have cleaned it. There was some white powder inside the pockets and even dust on the outside of the bag, in between the logo.

I purchased a Chanel bag that arrived with a noticeable flaw on the front that was not visible in the listing photos and was not specifically disclosed. When I reached out for help, I waited over a week and sent multiple emails despite Fashionphile stating responses take 1–2 business days.

To make matters worse, I used store credit from a bag I sold to them and a limited-time discount code, leaving me stuck with very few options when the item wasn't as represented. For a luxury resale company, I expected much better quality control, transparency, and customer service. This experience has completely changed my opinion of Fashionphile, and I would not recommend purchasing high-value items from them

I have purchased from a couple of luxury resellers. Fashionphile consistently has the best products. Their product descriptions are very conservative on "condition" I often find the pieces to be in virtually brand new condition. Their level of standards gives me a great deal in confidence to purchase from them. They also have a fair return policy.

I reached out to the customer service agent via an email address provided on the website since it was not available during the business hours. However, it took them a few days to reply, but my concern was not addressed. The response email asked me to reach out to customer service at another email address or phone number.

Fashionphile is a great site to find preloved pieces in great condition, for competitive prices and even hard to find pieces!

My bag came and i feel like it's in amazing condition considering the slight wear. The shipping time was great and everything was easy to navigate. Can not wait to buy a few more items. Also i love that everything is authenticated so you don't feel like what you are spending on might not be real

Have now returned because the description did not include this was the larger bracelet originally sold as a men's bracelet. Too large. I am still searching for a ladies in the same or better condition.
