This is my second ot third time I've ordered plants and have very satisfied with the quality and care given to the plants when receiving. I will highly recommend them.
Had ordered a 7' blooming cherry tree, believe it's called a yokoshimo? For my church and it came with no fibrous roots on it so it died. They didn't have the same size when I reordered and had to settle for a smaller tree and an azalea bush. The bush died. Didn't feel like going through the hassle of returning that one so never bothered.
Your company has been good on providing replacements, but I would rather not to have to replace at all and certainly do not want to pay for shipping for products that are bad.

I bought a blueberry shrub and planted it in a container, and I had bought an orange tree and planted in a container too. The blueberry did not survive. The orange tree has not been producing fruit for even after 2 years.
My yard is full of plants, shrubs and trees from " Fast Growing Trees". Why? Of course the selection and and pricing. But being in Zone 9. You need some expertise and quality of plants and trees to survive.

Excellent. One tree i was looking forward to this spring was not of the quality level the grower deemed good enough; and was informed of delivery delayed until early fall. I appreciate the focus on quality and integrity of a delay rather than shipping something out of lower quality just to complete a sale.

My trees arrived on time and although one cherry sapling lost the top of its Crown the tree survived. I had not asked for a replacement.
My corkscrew willows are thriving. The birch trees did not do well. Two died within a year and the third never really grew, and was sickly, i just dug it up.
Most of the plants I received were in good shape and are doing well, the few that arrived dead you agreed to replace, but the replacement hasn't shipped yet. I'm still waiting on a Mexican flame vine I ordered on May 5 that won't ship until the week of June 15. I was going to order more plants today but they wouldn't ship until mid July!

Plants seem heathy. One was very small but planted anyway and I will wait. Had an issue with paying for the guarantee when I saw the commercial said always receive 1 year free but contacted and they corrected for me.

Plant arrived when told it would and is very healthy today. It did not bloom this first year but after reaching out to customer svc, they assured me it will be fine and will continue to mature and will bloom in the near future.

Fast growing trees has provided me with a selection of quality plants for my area at a great price. Their promotions and sales are a plus when you are trying to save money, or would like to have more to get the plants you want. Fast Growing Trees also provide you with a great warranty for those plants... I know because I have taken advantage of the warranty on two seperate occasions. I highly recommend this company.
Plants are shipped well packaged, I've only had one issue with damaged plants ( Not fast growing trees fault), but they quickly replaced my plants and got them right out to me. Love my fruit trees, bushes and avocado trees.
I bought a red bud flame thrower a while back. The tree arrived in good condition, and with a developed root system. I had no problems planting and getting it to grow

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
