I researched the process of getting my 13 A mairrage visa at great length. I searched the blogs under "American expatriates" in Philippines. As well as anything relating to one's ability to gain residency after marriage to a Filipina. A few examples went relatively smoothly. However a vast majority relayed many complications. Many issues in completing that process. What theoretically was "easy" was in fact not very easy at all. Wasted time because of incomplete paperwork. Return trips to Bureau of Immigration. Complications that cost time, and therefore wasted money. I decided to minimize this trouble and not to test my patience. Things can be difficult enough in Philippines adjusting to their culture. I was looking for a professional service that had real life "boots on the ground" experience. Someone to assist me and make this acquisition as painless as possible. Someone that personally knew the officers in the Bureau of Immigration. Familiar faces seemed important to me. Filipino Visa was just the service I was looking for. My initial contact Michelle was very thorough and pleasant. My case worker she assigned to me was Rainier. He was the person in Manila Philippines that directed me and guided me through every step. I got my 13 A Probationary Resident Visa. I also got my ACR CARD "Probationary Resident" as well. Please consider using Filipino Visa to assist you making this otherwise complicated process - WONDERFUL!

Arjel was assigned to us as the case worker and he was patient, understanding and helpful as we went through the process. Even though I lack patience and being cheap, Arjel was always kind, respectful to me, explaining the process and reassured me that I was important and he would always be there to help guide me through the my struggles. I was lucky to have Arjel and the other people helping me through this somewhat difficult journey. Everything worked out in the end despite my lack of knowledge and research. Im happy to be here in the Philippines, living the dream with my Filipina wife as a retired American. Things are different here compared to back home and it's taking a little bit to adjust, but everyone here is kind and friendly. Thank you everyone who helped us with this Visa application and process.

Very pleased with the services they provided for our K1 visa process, they are very friendly and courteous people. They are very knowledgeable about the requirements and process, i was super nervous about the whole process but they taught me everything I needed and made sure i had the documents needed. The fee is a bit higher than others but the other agencies had a lot of rejected clients at the interview, so if you want to ensure success I would recommend the professionals at Filipino Visa.

We have found the agency to be poor at communication, and following the rules the US government sets. We were delayed by an RFE that they should have caught, and I was told I should delay to add supplemental information that wasn't needed. I have been given conflicting information between my coordinator, and supervisors. This is a lot for the premium price.

Special thanks to Macky and Kate and the rest of the staff that helped us out with our visa. My fiancée was well taken care of when she was in Manila for her appointments. Filipino Visa did a great job of informing us of all requirements and expertly processing our K-1 documentation. Their management of our application and continuous guidance enabled us to get our application approved without any problems.

It was a not so good experience in the beginning. The first agent who's working our papers made us wait for like almost 4 months since we submit our files and haven't received any updates from her until i got a call from another agent we found out she's no longer working in the company, plus the documents we sent to her i guess she misplaced it. TBH, it made me think they're scammers.
But the new agent who's working our account now proved that they're not scammers. He has been very kind, approachable, super friendly and responsible. Every day he emailed me, calls me and he didn't stop until he was sure that everything was okay and that our petition were sent to USCIS for initial filing. So yeah, so far so good thanks to all staff specially Mr Seej as well as the company. God bless everyone
