Easy to book! But Everything is an add on! I do remember a time when everything was included when flying internationally you even have to pay not to be separated from your party

I tried to book 24 hours ago and got kicked off the website. Today, the flights have changed and bundles not included. Very strange.

The website popped in to my search with another airline and charged double what the airline would have charged for the same service

Very difficult experience ( booking flights on southwest).
Many extra fees, difficult seating selection.
Expensive flights to RSW ( Ft Myers)
Advertised $65 dollar fares: no where to be found.
Air line; not the same since Mr Kelly left.

Found a trip from Knoxville to Gulf Shore that appeared to be a great deal. After adding 1 bag my to my ticket, the cost jumped to $330. What a gigantic scam! Alligent charges for literally everything that is standard with other airlines. Aloligent appears to be a great deal but in fact is not. Also my roundtrip ticket is confirmed however is nt showing up in my app. Im sure there is an addition charge fir that!

Realized after a booked on this site i was not on the Breeze site and wanted to get a refund and they refused. Last time I will use flight network.

I was disappointed to get all the way to the end of booking, and get hit with an additional $35.00 for "changes in availability". This is deceptive. It should have been noted in the original booking price. And waiting until the end of booking is wrong. Also after paying an additional $44.00 for seats.

Tricky to find just basic without add-ons. Designed that way on purpose, but annoying and should be less frustrating to book a ticket from you.

The app asks for a confirmation number. It's been over an hour and I still don't have a reservation or confirmation number. Just a processing number which doesn't work on the app.

First time making flight arrangements through your organization. Definitely different that what I have been accustomed to for years. Consequently took me a bit of time but not enough that I won't use again.

I made a mistake as I wanted Swiss Air, but I was not paying attention and I was directed to flight networks. Once I realized my mistake, several hours later, I cancelled the booking, but I was not refunded the whole ticket price, but I was charged a handling fee of $45.00. Reputable companies have a 24 hour cancellation policy without charging a handling fee

WAY TOO MANY ADDITIONAL CHARGE OPTIONS. VERY CONFUSING
MINIMAL EXPLANATIONS ON THE ADVANTAGES OF SOME OF THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES. THERE ALSO APPEARS TO EB DUPLICATION OF THE OPTIONS.

Too many options for all kinds of extras and hard to find how to bypass them. Also, cannot order luggage on line or seat selection. Kinda sucks. Like the direct flight option.

I thought the value was $114.00 but I could not proceed until i added approximately $50 extra for Standard process and seat choice, even though i would have chosen a no extra seat.

Booked thru you because your Google Search is misleading people into your web. There I paid extra with you. I cancelled a d rebooked direct. Much better than third party. Lost $75 in the process
