Footwear etc. has great customer service in the stores and a simple online ordering platform. I have bought in-store, ordered in store for delivery and ordered online for delivery--always a good experience and very friendly, helpful staff.

This is the only shoe I am able to wear and it's the only one that I've found that works perfectly for all my needs after my accident. My foot was severed in November 2021. The surgeons were able to reattach. Glory to God. I never thought I'd find a shoe that I was able to wear and was comfortable and supportive for my needs. No other shoe, and I've tried many, works as great as these do! 10 Stars!

I always call and ask for Erin (San Diego) and she is on top of it all and has worked hard to assist me in finding the correct shoe for me!

Her knowledge and willingness to assist while making sure the customer is satisfied is commendable!

Quality and service have always been great with Erin and Footwear, etc.

So easy to order and the selection of brands carried is fantastic. I've been looking for this she for almost 2 years, to replace the same shoe I bought several years ago.

Every time I go into the Footwear, Etc. store in San Carlos I have the same experience, but often different sales people. I go in probably once or twice a year. I always have great service and almost always find something I want. Great store and great staff. Very helpful!

I purchased those shoes in the store, but their cash register wouldn't work, so they wrote down my cc info and charged the purchase to that when their cash register was on-line the next day. Unfortunately it turned out the the shoes would not work for intended need and were returned for a full refund a couple of days later. SO, the shoes are back in the Footwear Store, and hopefully my refund will show up on my cc

I googled hokas and on the shop tab found this listing. It was easy to order and I received the shoes in like 2 days. It was awesome.

Product exactly as shown online. Not sure I would have bought it if I had tried it on in a shoe store—just slightly loose fit even with tightening the Velcro straps all the way. That said, I am reluctant to let go of them as they are mostly comfortable and summer feet are not here yet—it's only May. I feel they may fit better when the temperature soars in a month or so.

Store employees were courteous and helpful. The gentleman who helped me was accommodating and patient, and told me to "trust your feet," when it came to comfort and fit. Seems obvious, but better to buy shoes that feel right from the beginning as opposed to thinking you can break them in.

The staff at the Willow Glen Footwear etc. was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to guide me into the right pair of shoes. Also, they were able "dial in" my fit by having me try on a "wide" version of the supportive shoe I had selected thus getting me to a perfect fit! I was very happy with my experience. That was in September. The following April I noticed this great shoe, the Brooks Beast GTS24, on sale on the on line store. I automatically bought three more pairs, one in each color!

Footware has a great selection of shoes and ships the merchandise promptly. Footware is one of my "go to" when looking for new shoes!

Ordered from Footwear etc after receiving a defective pair vis Amazon. Those from Footwear etc came quickly and were perfectly new. We have had previous in person store experience with this firm.
