I have worn Bvlgari fragrance Crystalinne for many years. I learned how to open the former bottle. When I received this newly designed bottle I could not open it. I even tried a U-tube tutorial, which, there were numerous ones, I had to go to my local Macy's to have a salesperson open it. She too had difficulty. I told her not to close the bottle as I was concerned that I would have trouble in the future. I plan on writing to the company. Love the fragrance and your customer service.

I ORDERED 4 ITEMS, I ONLY RECEIVED ONE. IWENT TO THE POST OFFICE WITH THE TRACKING # THEY SAY IT WAS DELIVERED. I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT THE MAILPERSON HAS THE ONLY KEY. I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ITEMS. WHEN I REACHED OUT TO FRAGRANCE X, I WAS TOLD BECAUSE THE POSTAL WORKER SCANNED IT AS DELIVERED THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. I'M A SENIOR CITIZEN AND I DON'T HAVE MONEY TO GIVE AWAY.

After a week my order was not delivered and when asked for refund, they took off $12 out of $55 a fragrance order or over $CAD20.
