Because my 1st orders came basically delivered with the flowers inside the vase. So this time my 3rd order I ordered and they flowers was inside a box, for set up yourself. If you would have told it came boxed I would have ordered something different

I placed an order with From You Flowers for over $100 with a guaranteed delivery date scheduled more than 24 hours in advance. The arrangement was never delivered.
When I contacted customer service, the representative (Nirbhay) initially offered a 20% discount and free delivery as compensation. When I requested a full refund — given that the guaranteed delivery they sold me was not provided — the rep responded that their "only option" was to cancel the order. I have a screenshot of this exchange.
So the resolution path here is: company fails to deliver a guaranteed product, refuses a full refund, and cancels the order rather than fix the problem they created. No flowers for the recipient, no real accountability, no honoring the guarantee they advertised at checkout.
If the occasion matters — birthday, funeral, anniversary, anything — order from a local florist directly. From You Flowers' delivery guarantee is not one you can rely on.

This is the second time I have order from 'From you Flowers' and I will never be ordering again. We specifically called to make sure the order would be delivered on time as our previous order was late. They said it would be and now they have said it is on hold and we have had no communication from them. We have had to personally chase this up and now we are no longer receiving the flowers. Negative communication from staff over the phone and no positive outcome. I got hung up on and had to call back for a result.
