Great variety and easy to use website. The roses are stunning and of high quality. I've made 4 orders in the last few years and have had good outcomes each time.
1 thing that could be clearer is to get tracking # asap when they order is initially shipped. I didn't get shipping info until the day BEFORE the requested delivery date. Noting the flowers were coming from South America, I was concerned the order wasn't going to arrive in time. It did!
2 of the 5 large leaf eucalyptus were not useable as the stems were moldy and the leaves had large black spots. Thank goodness I always order more than required.
I will continue to order from Global Rose, and even with a few glitches, the quality, speed and pricing is worth it. Thanks!

We ordered the spray carnations to use to make leis for a graduation ceremony. Based on the number of stems and flowers in the order description, we should have had plenty. Unfortunately, several bunches arrived dead, and most flowers arrived closed. We were able to put them in water, and some opened, but not nearly enough for the leis. We had to purchase carnations from elsewhere. It is now several days later, and most still haven't opened. This was disappointing, and we would like a refund or a credit. We were able to use fewer than half the blooms in the item description. We expected many more usable blooms.
We previously ordered hundreds and hundreds of roses for our mother's 50th birthday. We're back now for roses for a family wedding. We love the quality and quick turnaround time with Global Rose. We'll be back!

Every year I order 400 white carnations. Last year I placed an additional order for baby's breath & fillers. For some reason Global Rose decided to deliver the baby's breath & fillers 3 weeks ahead of the carnations. I hope we don't have the same problem this year. I'm under pressure to order only locally. Great experience. Flowers arrived in time and were beautiful! I did have a problem with my mini sunflowers, they would not rehydrate well and began to ooze liquid. I had about 14 stems that I could not use.

The flowers were amazing and put to good use. My only negative is this … for every box of flowers (I had 69), a shipping tag is created and I got an email. The over abundance of emails was okay but not absolutely necessary.

We ordered 350 roses for our graduation. The roses came the night before and may have come out of the box looking a bit rough but after a night in water and in the fridge they perked right up.

For several years now I have ordered various cut flowers and fillers to create table decorations for a dinner gala event. Each year the flowers arrive on time and in excellent condition. I have them delivered several days before the event so they can acclimate. Beautiful results!

My order of astroemeries and filler greens arrived on time and beautiful. I created 24 vases for a fundraising event, and everyone commented on the beauty of the flowers. After the event i donated them to a local nursing home memory care unit and the residents enjoyed the flowers even longer.
Due to the warm temperatures we had during delivery week, some of the flowers were rotting once they arrived, with 250 white roses crammed into one box.
We will see how they turn out, but ordering was easy.
Roses I ordered previously were VERY tiny, I let them bloom for a few days and still it did not come as I expected them to look like in the pictures. I know roses are always going to be different but I thought atleast they would bloom bigger over time

This is my 3rd time ordering from them. The flowers are beautiful and arrive on time and fresh. Their packing of the flowers is very gentle as to not damage the flowers. I go nowhere else for my flowers. This was for 2 weddings and a bridal shower!
