Site states "no hidden fees" and "electronic delivery to the court included" however, when i went to pay and I had to pay an additional $9.95 to get a confirmation that it was actually delivered to the court. I stated in my final review that the statements made on the site were misleading. Shortly after submitting everything I got a phone call from an extremely rude guy telling me it was not misleading and I am paying for another service. To which I said forwarding an email confirmation should not cost $9.95 and the guy then proceeded to yell at me until I hung up on him. Horrible customer service to call your customers and yell at them because they felt your statements were misleading. I told the guy was not asking for a refund, just making a statement and yet he still continued to argue and yell at me.
Very easy to register and complete. When I called with a question they were very friendly and helpful.
When you register and enter the promo code, it says $14.95 "NO HIDDEN FEES." Then, I got charged $29.90. I called and the guy was rude and said that I had agreed to online identification verification which was another $14.95. I had thought that it was the same fee they spoke of from above. I wouldn't have had such an issue with this if they wouldn't have said "NO HIDDEN FEES."
