According to local doctors, I was diagnosed with Lupus and RA in 2023. Too many months of severe joint pain and not able to walk much. I tried Happy Body MSM crystals after finding them on the Internet in December 2023. WOW! After taking for less than a week, the pain was subsiding and I was able to walk upright and strong! By February 2024, I was my old 74 year old self again. Can't thank Happy Body enough! & I still take MSM crystals today as part of my health journey.
My experience with Happy Body has always been superior. When purchasing the MSM Crystals, instructions on how to use the crystals, plus the literature that came with my purchase has proved to be invaluable.
I have used this product for awhile and it take time to get relief about 4 weeks. Start small 1/8 teaspoon I am barely up to 1/4 mix with Liquid hydration because it is bitter.
