I want to alert others about my recent experience with the Harna app.
I was charged approximately $51 without my consent, and I was never properly registered, informed, or given any clear confirmation of a subscription or payment authorization. Despite raising complaints and trying to resolve the issue, the charge has not been properly addressed, and further deductions have continued.
This experience has raised serious concerns about transparency and billing practices.
To anyone considering this app for fitness or wellness purposes:
Please double-check subscription terms, auto-renewal settings, and payment permissions before providing card details. Make sure you receive clear confirmation of any paid plan before proceeding.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise caution before trusting this platform with your payment information.
Harna Fit's Pilates sessions are gentle enough that I don't cry halfway through. No jumping, no burpees, just me, the wall, and quiet suffering in slow motion. My posture improved and my back stopped complaining. Win-win.

Harna Fit feels like having a personal trainer right in my phone. As a busy mom of two, the 15–20 minute sessions fit perfectly into my day. The workouts are fine and easy to follow, especially Wall Pilates. However, after two weeks the same exercises start repeating too often. It gets boring quickly. I wish there was more variety in the programs.

The nutrition plan in Harna Fit is okay. It gives simple recipes and daily calorie targets based on my goals. Some meals are easy to prepare, but a few ingredients are not always available in my local store. Overall it works fine as a basic guide.

The app looks clean and is easy to navigate. I like the short micro-workouts. The problem is there's almost no real motivation system — no streaks, no achievements, no encouraging messages. After a while it feels flat.

The 5–10 minute micro-workouts have become my daily reality check. On days when I have zero motivation, I still manage to squeeze one in between meetings. My energy levels are more stable, but I definitely notice I'm not getting dramatically stronger. Still, better than doing nothing.
